Elegant apartment on the 3° floor (NO LIFT) of an ancient Florentine building, a few steps from Piazza Pitti and Ponte Vecchio.
The apartment tastefully furnished (90 sqm) offers all the amenities for a memorable stay in Florence.
It is located in the Oltrarno, one of the liveliest quarters of Florence, full of shops and services of all kinds. The nice street market you can find every day in the nearby Piazza Santo Spirito will be the opportunity to enjoy Florence, its people and its culture.
Accommodation (sleeps 3+2 )
The apartment is on two levels:
first level: large living room/dining room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.
second level: from the living/dining room a staircase with few steps leads to the gallery with single bed and 1 bathroom with shower..
Facilities:
air conditioning. Internet WIFI , dishwasher, fridge and freezer microwave oven, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, single heating, hairdryer, washing machine.

Check in time : from 15.00 to 19.00 ( For arrival after 20.00 until 22.00 we charge euro 25.00. For arrival from 22.00 to 24.00 we charge euro 45.00 )
Check out time : before 10.30 am.

Utilities to be paid on arrival euro 10.00 per day
