Marco greeted us at the front door, gave us a demonstration on how to unlock the door, provided us with restaurant recommendations, and oriented us to what was nearby (garden, farmers market, grocery store, etc...) He was so friendly and personable and informative. He made the check-in delightful and easy, and as weary travelers, we appreciated that so much! We also appreciated the laundry inside the property.
There is not much to mention here. The only thing was the kitchen faucet was very wobbly and not fastened tightly. The faucet did fall off, but my daughter and I were able to find the washer and nut underneath the sink and we reattached the kitchen faucet.

The property was clean and the communication was very good. We left our key inside and they responded immediately to help us. They were helpful. They also agreed to a late check out time which we really appreciate.
1. Giving more towels for people staying more than 2 days would be helpful. For us it was additional work and time needed to clean the towels after using it for 2 nights.
2. An additional key to the entrance will be good as we had people doing different activities at different time.
3. Coffee, Tea, creamer and sugar was not provided but there was few stuff left over by previous guest. I definitely was skeptical using them as I was not sure how long they had been kept and how they had been used previously.

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location on the less touristy side of the river. Marco was amazing sharing information about the area and recommending restaurants etc. Beds were super comfortable. Apartment well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this location and this lovely apartment. Will definitely come back!
