The location was less than a 15 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped for self catering. We appreciated the owner leaving snacks and contacting via email during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Her directions regarding public transport from the airport to the apartment was spot-on. The apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos and had everything it claimed to have on the Booking.com website.

It feels petty but the aircon in the kitchen struggled a bit in the heat. No big deal. The aircon in the bedroom worked perfectly.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, tidy, and very comfortable. One of the things we especially appreciated was having coffee available, which was a wonderful touch. The location was excellent, with everything close by, and the bus stop was conveniently located right below the apartment. The host was very kind and welcoming. She checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was fine. She also gave us useful recommendations, informed us about an event taking place in Florence, and suggested the best spot to watch the fireworks, which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The apartment itself is quiet and offers good privacy, as we could not hear any noise from neighboring apartments. Since the bus stop is located right below the apartment, some street noise can be heard early in the morning. It did not bother us, but light sleepers may wish to take this into consideration.

Everything was amazing! The location, 10 min by foot to the center, the history of the building, and the apartment itself is so beautiful, clean, cozy and you have literally everything you need. Lucia's guidelines in the little violet book were priceless. :) We will definitely come back!
