Nicoletta's house is perfect, close to restaurants, supermarket and buses to get into Florence historical centre. It had everything you need and is comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet which is very welcome after spending days exploring busy areas of Florence. It also had great restaurants and cafes. We met Nicoletta who was very friendly and super helpful throughout our trip.

Nicoletta was very sweet, and even went out of her way to park her car in a spot for us so we would have one when we arrived. She also let us drop our bags off early.
Beds were not great and it was pretty cramped. The staircase to the lower level was so small that we kept all the luggage upstairs, making it even more crowded with luggage all over the floor. Mandatory 9:30am check out.
