Emma & Olga Apartments -In the city Centre-

The location was central, which made exploring Florence on foot easy. Access was clearly explained, but a climb to the appartment (we had motorbike panniers). Some good literature on Florence to read. A good-sized fridge.

The two beds downstairs (bunk and sofa bed) were immediately through the entrance door. You have to climb some creaking stairs to access the bathroom and the kitchen. The top bedroom opposite the bathroom had no natural light or ventilation (light came through a glass wall above the bottom bedroom), so was stuffy to sleep in. There was very little access to fresh air in the apartment (one small kitchen window overlooking a roof/another small one opening on to the stairwell) so, as it was hot, we had to leave the Airconditioning on all day (and open these windows overnight). There were only a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels for three people.

Location was great, within walking distance to attractions. Apartment was clean and as described. Laura was responsive to all requests.

Wifi did not reach the bedroom.

Excellent location. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were there on Easter Sunday and got to see the parade pass right by the apartment block

There is no elevator but we were aware of that before booking.

Good location. LOTS of stairs buth that wasn't a problem. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities.

This flat has a living room/bedroom wall with boarded up interconnecting door. Noise travels easily through from the other property and was very disturbing.
