地理位置便利，离火车站10分钟，对面还有SMN总店，室内有空调也不错。

厨房设施太少了，光线也不够。床具太旧了，户外窗户不隔音，噪音很大！

location is good but not with those all the mess we were confronted.

It was almost impossible to stop in front of the hotel, where the receptionist handed over the keys to the appartement. Parking is just impossible there and with this we were put into the difficult situation, since we were told that our car will be taken to a garage.(for 35-40 eu for 2 days) ...so we have take out all necessary things from the car now we want to use during this 2 days in Florance in the appartement. We arrived there after 2 weeks round-trip in Italy (beach, etc), with 2 children, with lots of staffs and it was impossible to take all the necessary things from the car- we did not count with this situation and it was shocking- standing just in middle of the street with full of traffic...and a man waiting there to take the car ....it was very very unpleasant and annoying...it was such a rush and haste (since it was just a stop for buses) .... And as turned out of course we left quite a few things in the car and it would have been very difficult to go to the garage for the things. All this mess we were not informed before our arrival! In the kitchen there were no salt for breakfast or cooking I think it is just a tiny thing but can be annoying if it is not there.... I just noticed that someone just checked the appartement during our stay as I left something there and when we got back from town it was otherway . So the owner or someone on owner's behalf did not trust us at all even though we payed everything in advance even the 200 eu caution- which deposit was only come to our knowledge in a message before our arrival, not during the reservation.
