1. Location, 5 min walk with luggage from SMN station 2. Walkable to everywhere 3. Bus stops and tram stops are extremely close by 4. The kitchen is well equipped; a 4 burner stove, utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle everything available 5. Thermostats worked well 6. They have laundry service available on request, room cleaning everyday 7. Bathroom was super comfy and clean 8. Honestly, it became a luxurious family stay in Florence 9. Lastly, for early check in, they offered us a resting space and free refreshments with croissants, cakes, coffee which proved extremely helpful after a long journey with a kid and luggages 10. The staffs were extremely helpful and courteous

Honestly there was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.. Our room was on the 1st floor with stairs only but we found it manageable

Friendly staff and good ambience. Cleaning facilities offered in our apartment and putting our luggage in our room on first floor was a great gesture by them .

Deben cambiar los cuchillos de la cocina , no sirven para pelar una manzana, son muy débiles.

Excellent location - walking distance from city, shops, and train station, great checkin, great communication with host. Excellent room size and facilities inside.

Atrocious shower. Its either too hot or too cold. Could not have a decent shower water temperature! Not what I was expecting for the 300 euros per night!
