Το σημείο, η εξυπηρέτηση του ιδιοκτήτη, η άνεση του χώρου. Ήταν σε μια γειτονιά ήσυχη με πολύ καλά καφέ, πίτσα και gelato. Γρήγορη σύνδεση με το κέντρο με λεωφορείο. Λίγα μέτρα από το σπίτι έχει στάση λεωφορείου για τη Σιένα. Όταν ξαναπάω Φλωρεντία θα μείνω σε αυτό το κατάλυμα.
Η Φλωρεντία έχει ένα περίεργο σύστημα για τα σκουπίδια. Μας προβλημάτισε λίγο αλλά η εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται το διαμέρισμα μας βοήθησε πολύ.

The apartment is very well located, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was clean and well organized. The host was extremely responsive whenever I needed something and always provided quick solutions while remaining discreet and respectful.
The complimentary sodas were a warm and thoughtful touch.

O apartamento é bastante espaçoso, um sofá conforável, TV grande e oferecem algumas bebidas e café. Estava bastante limpo e é, em geral, um apartamento confortável. O check-in foi bastante fluido e correu tudo como esperado.
Está na política do apartamento: os hóspedes não têm controlo sobre a temperatura do apartamento (o que se pode ver também noutros comentários), o que não é confortável. O apartamento está de 19ºC a 20ºC, mas para estar na sala é relativamente fresco, de inverno. Quem tiver bebés e quiser dar banho, também não é confortável.
O apartamento é relativamente longe do centro, é necessário autocarro ou taxi.

No TV in living room or instructions on how to operate one in bedroom.
No paper towels in kitchen to dry hands. Did not see any stock goods like other AIR BNB
