Perfekte Lage, sehr geräumig und komfortabel!

Hat leider keinen Parkplatz, auf booking steht nur, dass es Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir inkl. parken können. Aber direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es Garagen für 40€ die Nacht.

Great location and only a short walk from attractions nearby, very easy to find and exactly like the photos. Gave loads of recommendations which were lovely and staff very quick with responses. Very safe and quiet

Be prepared for a lot of steps to the property, few issues but very quick responses to get them fixed

It was a lovely, comfortable apartment in an amazing building! We loved the styling of the apartment, with its furniture, choice of colours and aesthetic touches. Communication was really good. We were met at the apartment and helped to carry our cases up to the loft apartment.

We were very disappointed with the terrace, it was one reason why we chose the apartment. The photos made it look as those it was a generous size, it wasn’t. It was extremely small and unkept. The plants were dead, the ones which were plastic were faded. It contained a large water container, which took up most of the space. The outside metal table had seen better days and it had only one chair. Inside, not all the lighting worked. The kitchen cupboard doors need realigning. The list of what the apartment contained is incorrect and needs updating. It was a shame that a few things spoilt it for us.

The apartment was as it appears in the photographs…almost! It was clean, had everything we needed

The balcony was a total misrepresentation. One of the reasons I booked this apartment was because it had a small balcony. The reality was that it was mainly a dumping ground. There was a large slab of concrete propped up against one of the walls out there along with a broken dustpan & brush (long handled) that the brush fell off when moved - no use to anyone. There were plant pots & window boxes with sun bleached plastic plants along with dead real plants all round - looked a total mess, nothing like the photo. There was a large water butt feeding the outdoor boiler taking up a huge amount of space with only one patio chair to go with the patio table, even though the apartment is for 2 people. It need a a good clear out & perhaps a parasol would be nice to be able to have some shade from the hot sun making it much more user friendly. The air con was not very good. It was set to 18 degrees but seemed to be on a timer so went off without us knowing. There was no manual supplied so couldn’t work out what to do with it. Freestanding fans would be helpful to help keep what is, as described, a loft room so all heat is rising up there - very very hot. The Velux ceiling windows above the lounge were inaccessible to open. There was no pole to open them. We did manage to open the one above the bath by standing in the bath to do so. This would have been an extra source of breeze had it been possible. The dishwasher wasn’t working. After speaking with the person whose number I had on WhatsApp & sending various videos of what was happening they said that it was working before we arrived as they had out all dishes through a wash & we’re not dishwasher experts so would need to get an engineer either while we were there or after we left. We said we would do the washing,up by hand.
