Steep stairs from entrance door and bathroom up to sleeping area. Fine for us but might not be good for everyone. No storage other than a couple of hangars - not a big deal as only there for a couple of days but a couple of shelves or drawers might have been nice.

Stayed here for a night, staff was great, allowed early check in! Really appreciate it. Facilities was great too, free tote bag & coffee tea.
Only thing is location is a bit quiet at night as apartment is surrounded by empty shops, so got to be aware especially walking back home alone at night.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept, and the location was perfect for exploring Florence. The host was friendly, polite, and very helpful. I felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place
One small suggestion would be to use a slightly lighter air freshener. At times, the scent was a little strong and overpowering, although it was not a major issue during my stay.
