The view was spectacular and location was perfect.

There wasn’t enough towels and no housekeeping service so plan ahead. Also, the plumbing was a little slow (but very authentic to the age of the house so not a big issue).

4階にあり階段が急なので、体力が必要です。 シャワーの排水が良くないので水がめちゃくちゃ溜まる。 海外のゲストハウスなので致し方無しと考えるしかないです。

The location was great and near the centre. The facilities were also great and with the great view.

It is not something what I did not like, but the apartment is on the 4th floor and without elevator, so it needed to be taken into consideration.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of Florence and within walking distance of almost everything, which was definitely the best part of our stay.

Unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not meet our expectations. We arrived at the stated check-in time and found the room untidy and dirty. We contacted the host, who explained that the cleaner was still preparing the previous rooms and assured us that the room would be cleaned immediately. When we returned several hours later, the room appeared cleaner, but we discovered that the bed linen was still dirty, one of the towels was torn, and the shower drain was blocked, causing water to accumulate. The bathroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. After contacting the host again, someone came the following day to change the sheets. However, we were not asked whether we were inside or whether they had permission to enter. The same happened with the plumber, who attempted to enter the accommodation while we were inside, without us having been informed in advance that he would be coming. This made us feel quite uncomfortable and raised concerns regarding our privacy. It is also important to note that the room is accessed via many narrow stairs, which can be very difficult if you are travelling with large or heavy luggage. Overall, the location was fantastic and the host did respond to our messages, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues and lack of communication regarding entry into the room negatively affected our experience
