Location was absolutely fabulous, just around the corner from the finest museums in Florence, plus there was a garage right across the street. The apartment had two bathrooms which was very nice.
The entrance to the building and the staircase could use an upgrade. There were some noisy neighbors; a dog barked continuously one night. All minor issues compared to the great hosts and the wonderful apartment.

Great location, walking distance to all main attractions, very close to Santa Maria del Fiori Cathedral, and lots of restaurant options around. The hosts were very attentive and responsive, sending a lot of information upfront and during the stay. The apartment is very spacious and included most needed amenities.
In the front room we could hear the noise from the street and also from neighbours upstairs talking and shouting during the night. The online check-in process is not complicated but it required some time to take all the pictures and upload them.

Easy to get into property. Excellent location. Easy access to parking (would have been good to know about that before we paid for parking elsewhere!). Lovely air conditioned bedrooms.
Stronger WiFi in bedrooms and maybe a better range of TV channels for when we collapsed on the sofa! Noise from street and other flats was a little bit of an issue.
