Departamento lindo, cómodo para 4 personas y buena ubicación.
El agua de la ducha duraba poco tiempo caliente, despues salía agua fría. Mucho ruido en la calle a la noche.

El apartamento cómodo, limpio, bonito, muy muy bien ubicado! Nos ha gustado mucho !
Nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde a Florencia, por lo llegaríamos después de las 12 al alojamiento. Aunque las instrucciones y la comunicación fue buena y no hubo problema para retirar la llave, al llegar tarde tuvimos que buscarla en otro lugar la llave, que quedaba a 20 minutos andando! Sería recomendable ofrecer otra opción para buscar llave más cerca del alojamiento

Ample space in the apartment
We couldn't figure out how to get the heat to turn on and the host wasn't helpful when we asked about it. We were cold. Could hear people at the pub across the street very early into the morning.
