Location was excellent, I liked the space, and the info in the house notes was really helpful. Really convenient for the sites, shopping (supermarket round the corner) and on the lovely piazza santa croce - such a gem and feels a little away from the madding crowds.
The single room had no curtain for the skylight so was a bit bright in the morning, and also couldn't let air in (though might've been a bit noisy anyway). But it was totally sufficient otherwise.

Mieszkanie jest ładne i zadbane. Wszystko, o czym była mowa w ofercie, było na miejscu. Ładny widok z kuchennego okna.
Kłopotliwe mogą okazać się schody - jeśli ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem.

Great location, nice, clean, spacious apartment with some nice artwork.
Hosts were very responsive, great communication regarding check in and provided good information about the local area.
The ceiling upstairs in the kitchen is quite low so for taller people this is something to consider. I was fine :) but taller travel friends had to remember to duck.

The location is very well placed to access all of the attractions in Florence
The area became very noisy between 2-4 am every night as parties of drunk people wondered by shouting and screaming.
If you switch on the oven or grill it trips the power which can only be reset after going down five floors. Not funny.
The apartment suffers from lots of mosquitoes because it’s close to the river.
No tea towels were provided to dry dishes. We bought our own.
