The hosts were super friendly, attentive, and responded immediately at all hours. When we had a minor issue with our apartment, they resolved it right away and relocated us to a superior one without any hesitation. Everything was handled perfectly and professionally. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. Highly recommended!

La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de las localizaciones más visitadas de Florencia. La calle es relativamente tranquila ya que no hay locales de ocio ni restauración relativamente cerca. El apartamento es cómodo, está muy bien equipado y la limpieza es muy buena.
Es una cuarta planta sin ascensor con una escalera algo vertical que dificulta subir con el equipaje. La máquina de café utiliza unas cápsulas difíciles de encontrar en supermercados y no dejaron suficientes para toda la estancia.

Ubicación excelente, cerca de los puntos de interés que había planificado visitar. El apartamento estaba en excelente estado, muy linda y amplia cocina,
Nada que no me haya gustado. Lo único que podría decir que es mejorable es la velocidad de la conexión a internet, pero nada grave.

La ubicación del apartamento estaba muy bien. Cerca de todo lo importante.
El apartamento está situado en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Las almohadas eran incomodísimas. Cuando llegamos en el apartamento hacia muchísimo calor, a pesar de tener aparato de aire acondicionado, éste metía muchísimo ruido por las noches. Además, el apartamento no está bien insonorizado y se escuchaba el ruido de la calle.
