The apartment is spacious in an excellent location allowing you to comfortably explore Florence on foot. There is a spacious living room with kitchen and a nice sized bedroom and bathroom.
The air conditioners are clearly not meant to cool the space if the outside temperature is 38 to 39 degrees. It was not comfortable to sleep. The second room is designed for one person. It can sleep 2 but then there is no floor space left and the door doesn't open. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and you have to climb 64 steps. There is no elevator. Consider this if you have heavy luggage and if you are not at the fitness level that allows you to comfortable climb stairs under high heat.

L'appartement était spacieux, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur du centre historique, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet hébergement.
À noter simplement que l'appartement se trouve au 3ᵉ étage, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés, mais il est préférable de le savoir avant de réserver
