The apartment, on the first floor of this antique palazzo, is accessed via a flight of 24 steps (no elevator). It offers 2 double bedrooms (one with a French bed - 140x200 cm ), which look onto the open plan sitting room area, a fully appointed kitchen, a marble dining table for 6. It is tastefully furnished with the owner's personal belongings and is equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player, stereo, WI-FI, dishwasher, washing-machine, air cond

This apartment had everything we needed for our four night stay in Florence. Was well air-conditioned, kitchen is fully stocked, has a washing machine and clothes dried overnight on the drying racks. Host met me on time and showed how everything worked. Bottle of red wine was a nice touch. Centrally located for the sites. Highly recommend!

This place has it all. The location, the history, the modern amenities. Fabrizio and his team were simply amazing. We would stay here again on a return visit to Florence.

It’s a bit smaller than pictured but the location is great. Please note the second bedroom is lofted with no privacy to the living room.
