Exceptionally spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment in a great location, perfect for exploring Florence. Lovely cafes nearby, close to the Arno. It had comfortable beds and very effective air-conditioning: this was much needed and appreciated and kept the apartment beautifully cool, even though the outside temperature was nearly 40C. The owners/managers were friendly, easy to deal with and helpful.
It was a fabulous apartment: only minor points were that one shower head wouldn’t stay up, so had to be held by hand to be used (reported so hopefully fixed), and three of the four showers had curtains rather than glass doors/panels meaning care had to be taken not to get water everywhere - we all ended up using the shower with the glass door.

We had read about the noise. It’s definitely there but not too bad and to be expected in the middle of a big city.
