A top tier host and a charming apartment!

We stayed in the Charlotte as a family of 7. The host Michele is one of a kind! When he said he would meet us on the street I didn’t imagine he would literally come and find us in our car to show us where to go! He kindly arranged parking for us and it was so convenient. Michele also helped us carry our bags up to the 3rd floor apartment. We didn’t mind the walk up the steps but for those with young children or mobility issues I could see it being a challenge. The Charlotte is a charming apartment and is exceptionally maintained and kept very clean (which I so appreciated). The location is excellent with markets, excellent shopping, and the Uffizi Gallery all within a 1-2 minute walk. In fact we were able to get to every site we visited easily by foot. I can’t say enough about the host Michele. All of has recommendations we spot on, as was his choice of wine that he gave us as a welcome gift. We will be sure to book the Charlotte next time we visit Florence!

The apartment was in a perfect location for all the places to see in Florence. It was also very clean with plenty of room. Michele is an exceptional host. He was very helpful and took time to explain everything.

Awesome apartment in the heart of Florence!

Super location, very close to all major sites. Michele was a wonderful host. He met us both on arrival and departure - even helping to carry our luggage. Michele also arranged taxis for us (and our party of 7) during the visit to various sites. Apartment was very clean. There were 3 full bathrooms (all with showers). Washer was easy to use and there was a large drying rack. Overall a wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous stay made all the better by our host and the wonderful accommodation

Fabulous host who met us and made us so welcome and provided excellent advice on what to see and where to eat and shop. You cannot beat the location just a short distance from many of the major sights. Plenty of room in the apartment with 3 separate bathrooms which is great for the larger group or family.

Superb

Really good central location, you could get to all the main sites within a few minutes walk. The host was lovely he recommended restaurants and places to eat at lunchtime, helped us with our luggage and nothing was too much trouble.

Lots of stairs to get to the apartment, so wouldn't suit anyone who has difficulty walking.
