Perfect location and Florentine charm!

This apartment's location was incredible! The view from the window into the plaza below is amazing. Restaurants and shopping all around were perfect for our group. We had ample space to be together but also spread out. The host were kind and helpful.

The apartment is older and therefore the bathrooms are smaller and more primitive than western accommodations, however everything else made up for that. We were happy to be able to wash clothes as we were on a extended trip.

Great location but needs maintenance and cleaning

Location was excellent close to main attractions and Arno river. Large apartment with multiple bed options. Lounge room and well equipped kitchen. The lift worked well to the third floor and it felt safe. Washing machine was useful. Bedrooms have double glazing so you don’t hear noise from busy street below.

The apartment needs a very good cleaning detail. It felt dirty and smelt of smoke. There are no block out blinds or curtains in front bedrooms and the light shines in all night. Noise from apartment above meant not good sleeps for the family.

Perfect location but not very clean

We were met straight away and communication was excellent. The property is in a 10/10 location and the building is beautiful

The apartment was dirty, the bathroom walls had not been cleaned and we had to take up the rug in the lounge because it was filthy. Only one of the showers gave out hot water, we had to put the shower curtain in the washing machine before we could use it as it was disgusting and mouldy.

Great place to stay with family

The host is exceptional. He supports us at every step of the way. The location of the place is perfect, within city center that you can walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is rather old but very clean

Best apartment at best location

The location of the apartment could not be better. Right next to Uffizi, walking distance to everything you want to see. There are a lot of highly rated restaurants all around. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (seems like 4 floors via stairs) but there is a small elevator. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and 2 of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds. We were a group of 2 couples and 2 separate adults so this apartment worked perfectly for us. There is AC in each bedroom and in the living room. Despite being in the middle of everything and in a crowded area, the bedrooms were really quiet so we had great sleep.

Fabulous location

Location was fabulous. Right next to main square and walking distance to everything. Loads of restaurants, gelaterias, shops right outside front door. Lovely well equipped kitchen and dining/sitting room. 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, small washing machine, wifi good. Fabulous bonus...small lift so no lugging luggage up 3 flights of stairs!!

I liked everything, but there are a few minor things that may bother others. Being on a major pedestrian/ minor traffic thoroughfare there is street noise even with windows closed... to us that was just part of being close to everything, so not a negative. Rooms are quite light, so if you need a dark room to sleep, you may need an eye mask. Water pressure in showers is very low, but it is a very old building. Pillows were very hard and flat...probably time for them to be replaced. The one thing I think could be improved is having a set of keys per bedroom. We were 4 couples with 3 sets of keys, often doing our own thing, so 2 couples needed to stay together or arrange meet up time to get back into apartment.

Lovely hosts who were super accommodating for our group of 9 who comfortably fit into this great apartment. Incredibly handy location but beware the terrible gelatorias downstairs, €10 for 2 scoops is criminal! But to juxtapose that, the apartment is an incredible deal with tons of amenities included.

it was confusing to find the place. we were told he would meet us there, but had a hard time finding the place and he was waiting inside, not outside. we weren’t told which button to push to enter. had to use data to call him to open the door. suggested including more precise instructions for future guests

Exceptional

Apartment has just been recently renovated. It is bright and clean, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. All bedrooms well appointed and spacious. Beautifully decorated with a lovely sitting room that looks out on to the square. Fantastic location, just steps away from the Uffizi museum, shops and restaurants. An easy walk across the Arno river up to Michelangelo's Palazzo to watch the sunset. Gianni was a very attentive and responsive host. Easy check in and out. We wished we could have stayed longer. Best part? Air conditioning in each room. Made the sweltering July heat bearable. Thank you Gianni!

La ubicación inmejorable

La casa estaba llena de mosquitos y viajando con niños pequeños todos acabaron llenos de picaduras. El personal de entrada fué muy amabale y atento. La presión de la ducha era bajísima y uno de los cuartos de baños es extremadamente pequeño
