Property Location was fantastic and central to everything, also the apartment layout was great for multi occupancy, with 2 private en-suites. For a loft apartment it was spacious and light and well equipped. Very comfortable.

We were fully aware the apartment is situated on the 4th floor, so was NOT an issue for us, but just something to note.

Nice, clean, and updated apartment just like in the pictures. Check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions, and the location is perfect—right in the center next to Plaza del Duomo.

The only thing to note is that there’s no elevator, which could be an issue for some travelers with mobility problems, though it wasn’t a problem for us.”

The location was excellent! Right downtown with all of the action. That was great. We were also allowed to leave our suitcases before check in time.

The wifi did NOT work at all during the weekend. I am not on my phone a lot, but we were meeting family and we could not send or receive messages. We couldn't find where to eat, what things to see etc because of the non-exisitent WIFI. The apartment had many dings and some holes and chips on the walls, corners and edges. What was really offputting were the MANY dead (and 2 live) cockroaches on the stairs going up to the apartment. There also were not very basic things like a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, instead we had about 5 napkins (we were 4 people) there was very little space to move and hang our clothes/ put our suitcases. The check out was 10am and they charge you extra if you ask for later check out.
