L'appartement est un peu vieillissant mais charmant. La salle de bain a entièrement était refaite, ce qui était appréciable. En termes de vaisselle, il en manquait un peu mais ce n'était pas trop gênant. Par contre, le gros point fort de cet appartement est son emplacement très central avec une vue depuis la terrasse absolument exceptionnel sur le Duomo !!

Beliggenheden var top. Lidt meget larm fra gaden i det ene rum, men det er vel naturligt når man befinder sig så centralt i en storby.
Lejligheden er så hyggelig. Køkkenet manglede måske lidt service, men det et svært at kritisere så hyggelig og rar lejlighed.

Die Lage war sehr gut in der Innenstadt gelegen.
Der 3. Stock ohne Lift und mit steilen Stiegen (80) ist für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet (Sollte sich in der Beschreibung wiederfinden. Im Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer waren große Wasserflecken. Die Heizung funktionierte nur bedingt. Es gab 1 Müllsack für eine Woche. Ebenso gab es für 1 Woche nur je 1 Dusch- und 1 Handtuch pro Person! Es gab auch keine Reinigungsschwämme in der Küche und nur 2 Teetassen.
