Perfectly located in the heart of Florence. 2 mis walk to palazzo Vecchio and DUOMO. Very clean well appointed apartment. Highly recommend. Great communication with host. Clean and everything you need for a stay. Air conditioned. Great bars/ restaurants and supermarket right beside apartment.

Fantastic location and excellent rooftop terrace. Lovely staff -we could even leave our luggage in the apartment a bit earlier.

The location is central and walking distances to main attractions.

It was not easy to find the location.On booking.com it has the office address and not the accommodation address. Had to call to confirm address. Due to traffic could not get to the location via taxi, had to walk in the heat. When we arrived realised we were put on the 4th Floor and indicated not happy.Was told i was asked to choose which floor i wanted ot be on and this was not the case. I was emailed to indicate they has apartments of various floors but was not asked to choose.This conflicted with my booking which i made based on the photos on booking.com.The photos on booking.com is not updated as the accommodation has deteriorated over time and therefore very misleading and disappointing. The individual checking us in tried to resolve with the office but with no success. Other than Location being central, was not happy.Bathroom is so tiny you can "swing a cat" in there leave alone move around.
