Host was extremely accomodating. We appreciated letting us store our luggage so we didn’t miss out on anything. We also found host very responsive to all our needs. We appreciated arranging our taxi

There was nothing We liked everything. The only thing was we struggled a bit with the keys they were sticky

The place was spacious and clean. Nicely decorated and beds were comfortable.

Being told the incorrect address so we went to the wrong place, then being told they have 24 properties which is why it was wrong. That's not my problem, get a better system if that's the case. We had children and luggage and were given the wrong address. Communication was great prior then went downhill.

The location was exceptional, right in the centre. It was very rustic. Great aircon.

We were floor 3, apartment 1. It was one bedroom, but I felt mislead by the advert. None of the pictures matched our apartment, the sofa bed was touching the kitchen side, The Kettle and Iron provided had the wrong plug on so could not be used. Three mirrors , but only one that you could see through. The steps were extremely step and narrow. A strange odour, which even the masses of plugged in air fresheners didn’t fix. Very noisy. From church bells ( to be expected even at 6am) but from other guests voices and moving furniture. Concerns over electrics,
