The property is not maintained properly.

The only good thing about this property is its central location.

The facility is not safe, old and not maintained properly. First of all it doesn’t have an elevator and its 4th floor feels like 6, because of the long steep stairs. The Appartment is rather old and needs renovation. The floor is broken in some places, I almost fell a couple of times, which is very dangerous. The shower head is broken and it’s impossible to adjust its height or angle, so you have to basically hold it with your hand. The mirror at the entrance is just standing on the floor, which is quite dangerous as well. In addition I asked the owners to bring toilet paper and shampoo (we were 4 adults the supply was not enough for 5 days) and I never received it. Very dissatisfied.

Fabulous Florence location!

Fabulous location, a little loud and bright in the main, front bedroom though as your on a main street in Florence but bring eye mask and ear plugs and you will be fine! The rest of the bedrooms are at the back, so nice and quiet for kids. The apartment was warm, comfortable and cosy, kitchen was great and nice to have two bathrooms and toilets!

I felt the kitchen was a little dirty upon arrival, I had to give the floor a sweep when I arrived.

It could be better! Florence great City!

The location is good, but just that!

- The apartment itself were disappointing. - Access is difficult due to very narrow corridors, steep stairs (like anti nuclear gallery) 😅 and finally no elevator! We were in luck; just in backpacks. - The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the heating barely worked, and the apartment needs much better lighting. -There was to much noise and shouting during the quite hours; be careful, this almost 4am, every single day! - No extra cleaning, sheets, or even basic cleaning tools were provided; that means not recommended for more than 1 night! - Service was poor and disorganized. Even though we informed them twice during the day that we would be there at 5 o'clock. We waited outside in heavy rain for over 30 minutes with little children, and the explanation we received was that “trains and airplanes” also get delayed.” 🤦🏻 - Communication via WhatsApp with the management company, was also unhelpful, and we were even misled about the TV being a smart TV. For this, they kepf shifting the responsibility to their respective colleagues! 🤔 In overall, the stay did not reflect the quality expected for the price. As above, I have tried to be very open! I hope this helps for the next guests and for the management to take responsibilities to improve this place for the future! :)

I would highly recommend this apartment!

The property is excellent, and the location is fantastic. It’s in the very center, literally a step away from all major attractions. We stayed in apartment number 2. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with an authentic style. The apartment has two rooms, a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and there are plenty of towels. Everything is clean and tidy. The heating works great. Although the apartment is in the city center, there is no noise at all. The window view is lovely. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Our overall experience was phenomenal.

Underwhelming

Very central and the access in and out was easy, communication with the host was also good. It was clean.

Very very noisy. I know central locations can be, as you would expect however the windows did nothing to keep the noise out and the other guests in the rooms above and below were also extremely noisy. You could hear EVERYTHING. There was no kettle or coffee machine as originally listed, which was a bit frustrating, if you was staying for longer than a couple of days I think this would be an annoyance. The most expensive of the 3 apartments we stayed in during our trip and the least enjoyable sadly.

Great location, close to many attractions and amenities.

The apartment is roomy, was right downtown, close to everything and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bedroom windows face into an courtyard that is close to the neighbours across and unfortunately on one of the nights the neighbours were very loud and smoking out the window to the point of our apartment becoming a bit Smokey as we had the windows open for some cool air.

The location is really good, it’s inside the city centre and it’s walking distance to most of the attractions such as Uffizi Museum. Things are prepared well like the bath towels, shampoo & etc. The staff is friendly and we are so sorry to make her wait for us for an hour to check in as for the delayed Flixbus.

Firstly, overall the cleanliness is not so good but still acceptable, we saw some bugs inside the room. Secondly, not all facilities are ready for use, there are a few mirrors but most of them are dirty and I’m not so sure if this is an incidental renovation. Thirdly, the space in the bathroom is quite small, we feel hard to turn around when showering. Fourthly, the soundproofing is really bad till I can hear the noise at the street on 6AM, however the earplugs are offered by the owner. Lastly, for those with huge luggages, there’s no stairs here and the stairs are quite steep here. Plus, a very subjective opinion, we feel uncomfortable with some of the decorations in the room.

The first apartment /property had a good location that was close to the duome. The lady that checked us into the apartment was helpful. She gave a good restaurant recommendation. We were able to check in early.

The booking doesn’t advertise that the apartments are in separate buildings that are a 5/10minute walk away from each other. It also advertises a terrace which wasn’t attached to our apartment. The tiles on the floor were all loose and came apart from the concrete underneath. They’ve simply been laid back ontop rather than fixed. I cut my feet on this. There are 0 complimentary refreshments such as coffee/ tea which is below the standard of some of the other apartments we’ve stayed in. The shower isn’t fit for purpose, they have wedged a rubber button inbetween the shower head and the pole. This falls out which causes the shower to fall. The apartment wasn’t cleaned well at all. The bathroom had stains from the previous occupant on the sink, and the floors were dusty/had mud all over.

Very good value for money, clean and good sized and perfectly located for Florence centre.

Very good host- communication was good. Apartment was roomy and the beds were large. Kitchen facilities were very good. Location was excellent- right in the heart of the city, a moment's walk to major attractions.

Shower was very small. Noise from the street outside, particularly on last day was horrendous- before 6am and builders ripping out a building throwing metal girders into a metal skip for over an hour. Lorries and vans and shouting in the street very early morning- not the fault of the apartment hosts though! Just take earplugs! Other than that the stay was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay!

Location was amazing, we could walk everywhere. Having air conditioning was so nice. Property was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked if we would have wanted to cook. Appreciated the coffee pot!

There were loose floor tiles in one of the bedrooms and they were painful to walk on. Only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people to use for 3 days.

Good except the misleading bed situation

Very pretty flat in a great location

It was advertised as having 3 beds but it reality had one double bed and one sofa double bed so 2 double beds and not 3 as described. This was very disappointing since we always book 3 beds since we have a teenage boy and girl.

Do Not Stay Here

The location is the only good thing. Close to major sites.

There were not warm blankets. Only 2 thin blankets that were too small to fit the beds. We messaged the host requesting warm blankets and they never responded. I saw the same thing happened to another guest on the reviews. If you sleep on the fold out couch, the streets are very noisy and the windows do not close all the way making the noise worse. The electric kettle was broken so we could not make coffee and had to buy all of our coffee. The host makes you sign a lease paper which I have never done for this kind of stay. Very odd. We arrived before the 21:00 check in time and the host said we were late and asked for money. When we arrived, we messaged with no response and no one came so we had to call for a long time before someone arrived to let us in. One host said we could leave our bags until 13:00 the day we left. We arrived at 12:30, to find new guests in the room and a different host was upset with us and said we shouldn't have a key (how were we supposed to get our things?). He later said we should have let him know, but we did tell the other host know and had never met this host. Perhaps they did not communicate with one another. I wish I had read the reviews better, because if you read them, you will see they have scammed others and there have been reports of bed bugs. Do not stay here, pay more and stay elsewhere.

A nice location but not a nice experience.

Address listed for the property isn’t correct. Property wasn’t ready when we arrived. Person checking us in had us sign a contract stating we would pay $400 when we had paid before we arrived. They said they would bring an additional blanket and never did. There’s a washing machine but no drying rack or clothesline. Power failure at 14:00, left us without running water as well. Not back on until 23:30. When I reached out about it, they replied that they know and it wasn’t their responsibility. Of course a power outage isn’t their responsibility but why not reach out to us? Ask us if we need anything (flushing toilet!) and try to help us. Instead we rented a place that wasn’t habitable for 9 hours and were only reminded of our check out time.

It was an okay stay because of the location.

It's location is perfect for visitors newly exploring Florence. Everything is at a walking distance e.g. stores, restaurants etc. It was quiet at night even if near the streets. Air conditioning was working. The rental place is decently organized and spacious.

Shower area is very small. Inadequate number of towels provided specially for people who like to shower twice a day. If you have heavy luggage be prepared to tackle the weight and carry it up 2 stories of a narrow flight of stairs. If you have some disabilities I would not advise staying in this place. Also its annoying that you have to wait for the representative on the street with on going pedestrian and traffic with all your luggage to get your keys for check-in. Limited english channels on the smart tv.

Exceptional location, right in the heart of Florence!

The location was sensational! Right in the heart, we had access to all the major attractions, fantastic wine bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and although we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was well equipped. I’ll definitely book again!

Great location, not much else

The location is nice and convenient.

The location provided to collect the keys was different from the location our property was. There were also three flights of very steep stairs which were not good for the elderly in the group. This point was not in the description of the property, looking back, I should have specified or asked for an accessible entrance right after I made the reservation. I later learnt that there is a line stating that different properties in different locations but that makes me wonder why are they not all different listings. This has left a very bad taste. The kitchen was also poorly equipped compared to everywhere else we've stayed at.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of Florence and the host was friendly - easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

Two things that tainted the experience for me at this property. The stairs are steep and slightly tilted so at times, it was like I was walking up a ladder. Now, imagine walking up ladders of stairs with luggage. Thankfully, the host’s employee helped us with our heaviest suitcase which we are very much grateful for. We stayed for 2 nights and we were not able to shower. The shower didn’t always work and when it did, the temperature would fluctuate so we gave up on trying. Please at least fix this because I felt so gross by the time I checked out!

Beautiful apartment

Terrace was absolutely beautiful, couldn't have wanted anything better. Bed was really comfy. Very pretty apartment and interior. Good location a stones throw from both the Piazza della Signoria and Cattedrale.

Shower didn't work properly. Impossible to get a consistent temperature. While we knew there would be stairs and probably many, it may be worth noting that the stair case is very steep and narrow (especially with large suitcases) and can be as much as five flights of stairs. Very little in the way of provisions (no tea, coffee, water). City tax could only be paid in cash and the host didn't have change for notes.

Fantastic location and a beautiful, ancient apartment a few steps from Dante's house. Warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean.

Great location

Be warned the apartment we stayed in was on the 5th floor, extremely step stairs definitely not suitable for anyone with kids, elderly or anyone with any physical issues. We didn’t know about this until we arrived. The bathroom is pretty bad - the shower is tiny and out hot water was very sporadic - sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. The drains don’t work so our shower flooded the bathroom. No facilities in the kitchen just a kettle and a very small flat toaster. no oven, no microwave. Sadly we were not impressed:(

Great location, charming room with double nice view from terrace. Cute kitchen and dining area although we did not get the chance to use it. Great for couples or adults only. We loved the fact we could step out the door to be at the heart of all major sites especially the Duomo/Florence Cathedral, Uffizi, many Piazzas, Ponte Vecchi, shopping, walking distance to train station.

The shower water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, could not adjust to warm temp. Steps lights should stay on, it should not automatically turn off. It was hard to find light switches in pitch black darkness, and the steps are steep (we were going down when the lights turned off). It would be good to have handrails for safety reasons all the way to third level.

Amazing staff, nice room, great location and NOISE NOISE NOISE

Very nicely remodeled 1200c.e. building with nice finishings for sure. The staff we interacted with was extremely nice and accommodating. Good location in regard to shopping, dining, and sites including being around the corner basically from the Duomo and just down a few blocks from Piazza Republica.

While on a historic street that is a main thoroughfare and has everything you could want, the room has zero sound proofing. It felt like sleeping on the street from about 6am when the noise starts until 1am when it dies down a bit. my daughter basically couldn’t sleep for two nights.

Wonderful place, totally recommend it

The property was in via del corso, one of the most famous street in Firenze. The apartment was old but very comfortable and makes you feel like living in 1200’. Everything was clean and you can access all the things that you need. The staff was very kind and friendly and made us very good suggestions I totally recommend it.

The street was very noisy even during the night time, since it was very famous and popular.

We visited in February so it was pretty cold inside, the floor was also cold and the radiators wouldn't work. When prompted about this, the host was unable to handle the situation.
