Brand new apartment in the heart of Florence

Спасибо Lorenzo и Roberto за комфортное проживание в апартаментах! Отличное месторасположение, самый центр Флоренции (самое сердце). Рядом есть все необходимое: рестораны, кофейни, магазины. В квартире есть все необходимое: посуда и тд. Было удобное заселение, Roberto нас встретил все рассказал. Всё было прекрасно.

Есть нюансы с шумом в квартире, так как окна выходят на прогулочную улицу и мы жили на праздники , 32.12 и 1.01 было очень шумно, в другие дни обычно. — В душе нет полочки для шампуня (это мелочь, но очень неудобно). — Еще в квартире есть окно над входной дверью, переодически ночью загорается свет в подъезде и свет попадает в квартиру и мешает спать. — Кондиционер быстро нагревает квартиру. При этом он имеет 3 уровня мощности, но кондиционер очень шумит даже на самом слабом уровне. — Горячей воды в бойлере не всегда хватало 2м искупаться , вода заканчивалась.

Really nice fully equipped apartment. It has an iron, hair dryer, microwave, towel dryer, and a huge wardrobe with hangers. 4 chairs really helpful to organize your stuff around. Glasses, knives all utensils, scissors, pots you better cook at home than buying dry 8 euro sandwiches Right under the apartment is carrefour express, but I recommend going to connad city. There is a good sandwiches right near as well but don't try cow stomach it is bad, try boiled beef instead The host is a really nice guy

- Noise, around 11:30 PM some regards put benches right under your apartment and till 2 AM there is a bunch of loud monkeys under alcohol influence, noice is unbearable unless you are dead tired - Apartment has no noise insulation not only from the street but from the staircase as well, there is a literally a thin glass right above the door and you hear a bunch of kids running back and forth all the night. Good luck trying to get your suitcase up and down - Even though apartments located on 2nd floor good God I don't drink, the worst stairs among all my stays, I will attach the picture - Moisture in the hall (outside of apartment) looks damp and unhealthy. At least there was no piss odor like in the downtown - The outside door is crazy narrow and kicks you in the ass with a crazy force you are walking out - When neighbor above or near shits in his toilets, all the fumes are awful - Pillows are too firm, no warm blanket (there is one, but only for 1 person and it is not actually warm) it is cold at night I got a little sick
