Un po’ troppo rumoroso l’esterno dalle 5 alle 6 del mattino.

Posizione strategica, vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni della città, davvero comoda, la casa è fornita di quasi tutto ( aggiungerei una tv in soggiorno).
È davvero difficile dormire la notte, soprattutto i weekend e nei giorni festivi, nella via sotto la camera da letto è presente un locale notturno aperto fino alle 6 di mattino,le prime notti non abbiamo chiuso occhio per via degli ubriachi che schiamazzavano fuori dal locale fino le 6.

L'emplacement à -10mn des sites principaux. Le self check-in Le parking à 4mn mais payant et environ 40€/jour.
La proximité d'un night club ouvert de minuit à 6h du matin, qui empêche totalement de dormir, la nuisance est terrible de n'importe quel pièce de l'appartement. Ca serait bien de préciser que le parking n'est pas gratuit et relativement cher. Le chauffage ne se règle pas, un four la nuit en mi-saison.
