Great location easy walking distance to local attractions. Lovely lady let us into the apartment. She was very helpful and tried to call us a taxi when we were leaving. Plenty of items condiments left for you to use. Host very quick to reply to any questions. Loved the apartment and would stay again if the basic maintenance issues were addressed.

The drains in the apartment can smell a bit. Stayed in a few places on our trip in Italy and it was the first time that we had noticed a problem with the smell. I would suggest that the pillows that are there are thrown away and replaced they were very badly stained which is caused by no pillow protectors being used that can be taken off and washed. Mattress protectors also needed it saves the mattress from getting stained. Other than that the place was very clean so it's a pity that the state of the pillows have not been addressed before as it lets the apartment down. The shower hose needs to be tightened also as spraying out water that takes away from the pressure of the flow of the water.

The property had a lot of space so we didn’t feel cramped at all. A lot of natural light and the area was just perfect. We walked everywhere in our 6 day because it was so convenient. The unit is located on the first floor right next to the street so you don’t have to deal with elevators or stairs.

The Air conditioning didn’t work very strongly but it’s typical for Italy. We had to sleep with the fan on pointing at us. also the roof of the loft area is very low so you have to be extremely careful. I hit my head quite heard getting up on the first day. Although it’s convenient being on the first floor because no elevators or stairs, you do hear a lot of street noise especially since there’s a club a block away but it didn’t bother us.

Loved how walkable and close it was to the duomo and city center. Loved how much space we had and the cute modern feel.

The air conditioning was leaking and the staff was unreasonably rude when I asked for help. The sides of the couch were broken and the toilet seat as well.
