Accommodations were very nice. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was very good. They took very good care of us and provided us wonderful flexibility with our bags and easy check-in and checkout process.

The location is amazing and very central to most local attractions. Spacious, clean accommodations and amenities were great. Host provided shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing supplies & enough towels & hand towels. Breakfast is vouchers to the cafe about 5-6 min walk that included pastry & cappuccino/latte/Americano. Price is reasonable and definitely a gem of a place. Wi-fi was great no connectivity issues.

The home was absolutely incredible! Easy access, close to city center, food & shopping. The owner was responsive & available if needed. Everything we needed for our short stay. I only wish we'd had more time in Florence!
