Apartment Zeus Superior

Ottima la posizione per visitare Firenze, tutto è a un passo. Ci sono vari ristoranti nei dintorni. La cucina è ben organizzata, c'è tutto per cucinare e far colazione. Bagno grande e finestrato.

Il parcheggio è un nodo da risolvere a Firenze, forse una maggiore collaborazione con i parcheggi a pagamento poteva essere di aiuto, ma abbiamo comunque risolto. Il posto è un po' rumoroso causa il negozio di sotto che chiacchiera fino a notte tarda.

Ubicación, todo súper cerca! Es entrada autónoma. Tiene lavadora (no la usamos).

Cuando uno viaja y decide rentar un depa con cocina, uno espera encontrar enseres básicos para poder cocinar algo sencillo o iniciar el día con un café, por lo menos, así que como recomendación sería un excelente detalle que hubiera disponible ahí azúcar, sal, aceite, o ese tipo de detalles que uno no anda cargando en el equipaje todo el tiempo. El baño, es pequeñito el área de la regadera. Alguien con talla grande tendría que tomar un baño muy complicado. Cortinas! Por favor pongan cortinas blackout, eso haría la diferencia para un buen descanso. La única recámara que hay es en el segundo piso, tiene unas escaleras algo empinadas para que lo tengan en cuenta y arriba no hay baño. Es un solo baño que está en planta baja. Y el sofá cama tmb está en planta baja. No es muy cómodo el colchón. El City tax, es pagarlo por fuera de Booking y nos cobraron además de eso, un servicio por el uso de toallas, cosa que solo al llegar tuvimos toallas y sábanas limpias, no nos estuvieron cambiando todos los días, ( ya q no era necesario cambiarlas diario, pero pues tampoco cobrarlas!!). Y de eso que pagamos no nos dan factura ni recibo, se percibe algo “engañoso” ya que eso pues va directamente al dueño del departamento. No como un tax que pueda uno depositar a una instancia de gobierno o algo así.

Excelente ubicación, se puede recorrer todo Firenze a pie desde la propiedad. El proceso de check in fue muy ágil, y Alessandro fue muy predispuesto en su atención. El apartamento es cómodo, amplio y está bien equipado, sobre todo para grupos de varias personas.

Good location, lots of restaurants nearby

We had a great misunderstanding with the owner (living in Rome)and the manager of the place (we communicated with both of them). First, the keys locker didn't work correctly, and we had to wake the manager at 1.30 am to help. After trying for 20 min, we succeed. The place is not very clean. There was dust on the floor to begin with, and everything felt sticky. The sheets were clean, though. The next morning, we were woken up by a very loud bang that continued with loud noises coming from the upper floor where construction work was going on. Just to mention , the roof on our apartment was made out of wooden beams. When we got back to the apartment in the afternoon, there was a lot of debris and dust that fell through the beams. We sent pictures and videos to the manager and later to the owner and asked for someone to come and clean. They said the cleaning service was not working after 5 pm and we would have to wait till the next day. So, we cleaned a bit ourselves and slept in dusty sheets that night. My kids' clothes were all dusty for the rest of our trip. My problem with them was that they didn't think at all that they should come and clean themselves. The manager is living in Florence, he can come, right? No, they were waiting for the cleaning service. By the way, the cleaning service did come the next day and did a lousy job, there was stll a lot of dust and they didn't change the towels, even though some were in the room where the dust was. They gave us a discount on the city tax, but still, we left a day earlier.
