The address shown on Expedia does not match the actual address of the property. It shows it being walking distance to sight see in Florence, but when we arrived, we got a message with an updated address that was a 45 minute walk away. We had to take a 20 minute bus into town to do our tours.

It was cozy and simple, what we needed. The instructions to check in and get to the apartment were clear but still super weird. We had to go through multiple doors, stairs and hallways and second guessed each one. Make sure you search for the hallway lights ahead of time because we had to use our phone flashlights a couple times! Also, if you have big luggage or roller bags you’ll have a miserable time with that. The apartment its self was clean and had everything we needed—except shampoo & conditioner. The view of the neighbourhood from our long windows was pleasant and the bed was comfy, the loft style with two floors was unique and very cute. And the area of town was perfect… close enoughto everything, we walked to the train station about 25 min. It was also just outside of the main tourist area so good prices on drinks and food. For some reason there were lots of mosquitos in the bathroom, didn’t notice them anywhere else though.

Very disappointing and unpleasant stay. The main reason for saying this was because the Air Conditioning in the room was absolutely ineffective and the room was quite warm. There was no remote control provided for the Air Con, so we couldn't increase the fan speed and lower the temperature. I made a complaint that the cooling is inadequate but there was no response until the next day, the host turns up with a remote and changes the temperature from 24 deg to 21 deg but no change in the cooling. There were plenty of mosquitoes already in the room so opening the windows would have been a disaster and moreover the area is very noisy. I see that someone else mentioned about the cooling in the room, few weeks ago and would have appreciated if the host would have taken care of it. Looks like there was gas missing. Not recommended for a family stay.

Apartment is a great location for exploring Florence on foot. To be clear, you cannot enter the property without an Internet connection and smartphone......so ensure you can use data/roaming! No physical keys are provided.....I get why, but it's not so convenient for travelers who aren't so techy. The email and communication of logistics ahead of time is poor......better info and photos should be provided. Only when I asked did the owner send me info saying Google Maps will send you to the wrong location. No luggage storage or early check-in or late checkout options were given......when I asked it seemed like the owner wasn't truly interested in helping much in that area. (The owner isn't on site, so don't expect any on-site in-person help with anything). Having said all that, if you're OK with the above I'd definitely recommend this place. The facilities are clean and sufficient. Oh.......it's very noisy if you open a window, or other guests in neighbouring rooms aren't careful about being quiet. You can hear everything!

The property it’s a flat and you will have access with a virtual key so if you run out of battery on your phone then you won’t be able to get in . It was quite new this thing for me . The flat was clean , but the towels were stained with make up , I don’t use any make up in my holidays so not from me or from my son 😂. The ceiling it’s cracked so if you are afraid that it will fall then don’t book it . They will not change your towels during your stay so you will have to do with the stained towels. The location is central so this is very good walking distance to everything.

Scam – Unsafe location, no refund, we lost $500 This host is completely untrustworthy. They changed the address of the property without informing us and wanted to sent us to a totally different location while we were on foot with our luggage. The new place looked nothing like what we booked and was in an area that felt unsafe. We had no choice but to book another place last-minute, which cost us over $500. The host refuses to refund anything and hides behind a “no-refund” policy — even though they’re the ones who broke the agreement. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid this listing at all costs. You could be left stranded, unsafe, and hundreds of dollars out with no help.

I loved this little apartment. It had what we needed to cook, so we could save some money on the trip, but honestly, the restaurants around looked so delicious! The bed was definitely comfortable, the apartment was clean, the shower spacious, the kitchen is small but perfect, so it gives no work to clean. We had a little fridge, enough to keep food for 3 days and everything to cook and eat. There it was salt, sugar, coffee and cold water inside the fridge! We are so grateful for that. Around it is Santa Croce's church, a little piazza just for stay at night with bars, restaurants and Italian osterias all around. It was so easy to arrive to Santa Maria dei Fiore Church, like 14 minutes walking, also Ponte Vecchio, Galleria degli Uffizi, etc. We didn't need to buy bus or metro tickets because everything was so walkable. When we arrived, we had difficulties with the electronic key because I am not so good with technology, but the host of the apartment helped us patiently, on the phone and whastapp and it made me feel secure. We strongly recommend this place to stay at Firenze, and to visit this city. We enjoyed every minute here.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Unfortunately I have only terrible things to say about this establishment. The people who work there are so incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Our trip was impacted due to the extensive flooding in Florence and they refused to help accommodate us or offer any type of assistance. The people who work here are rude, unhelpful, and simply incompetent. I would strongly advise against booking this stay. I am sure there are many more places in Florence that would be much better.

I would’ve given 5 stars but there were a couple things that were disappointing about the stay. The apartment design itself was the only redeeming quality & the free tea in the hallway was nice. I didn’t appreciate it being advertised as air conditioned when the space wouldn’t get colder than 25°C with the AC on full blast and I didn’t love the extra money that was charged as a “security deposit,” as I am staying in several places in my time in Europe and haven’t had to pay an upfront security deposit for a single place. I messaged asking when that money would be returned and was given a somewhat helpful response but not an exact date of when I could expect this money back. The location was okay, not the best if you have a lot of bags as there is no elevator so you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs and the door to get onto the apartment floor was very tight. The check in process was also a little (very) tedious as it was all online and needed to be approved by the host, however the host took forever to respond. All-in-all it was a good apartment but not worth everything we paid for it. For the price, you could definitely find better.

Was given wrong room at checkin. There is no face to face contact. All via Whatzapp. Response was, this is the room allocated to you. The room had 50% less space than booked & paid for. Even when we could prove it was wrong no compensation offered. Contacted Hotels.com who said they'd contacted hosts but they were told correct room allocated. Very disappointed with Hotels com. No compensation of any kind offerred by them either.

This is actually a series of apartments so the location is inaccurate. I expected a downtown center apartment but was placed away from downtown and the train station. This meant extra costs and walking everyday to actually visit the sites. I plan to only do hotels from now on. Otherwise, it was clean and well furnished. The hosts do try, just the posting is inaccurate.

Little hiccups doing the self check-in as the app use to open the door failed, but Dario was able to fixed it. The area is busy w/ locals. There’s grocery & good restaurant in the area. The room is spacious & clean. The best part is the location at almost everything you want to go is within walking distance.

Beware! The day I arrived in Italy I was given a completely different address than the one listed on this property. It was a bait and switch. No frescoed ceiling or flat screen TV for us. Owner is unresponsive and ignored request for more towels amongst other things. Very noisy outside.

The location of the property was excellent, everything was walkable and it was very central. The conditions of the apartment were also good, you do have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs. Unfortunately, the host was not responsive and did not answer when we needed things. Even after our stay, I asked about the refundable deposit but was left on read.

Very noisy building. Thin doors you can literally look through the front door into the hallway. Last evening Fr 22 July arrived very noisy and rumourous neighbours till 02:00 am. The other nights were quiet. Nice airconditioned appartement.

My stay was very unpleasant. I had to continue asking for information, instructions, etc. Just hours to check in, I was asked to pay extra services besides taxes, otherwise they reject my stay. I asked for clean towels, they never came and changed them. I asked to please call a taxi for me (check out) so I can get to the train station and the host said they don't do those services four their guests, I had to go to a store and ask for assistance to call the taxi for me.... Horrible Customer Service! Clean room but definitely I wouldn't recommended to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The host communicated with as promptly when needed. The area is fantastic and the view from the window is just amazing I traveled with my partner and I would stay here again! Note that Google will not lead you to the right end of this street. Follow the numbers on the building (check by the plaza/church)

Awesome apartment to stay in!! And good location, about 1km walk to most big attractions in Florence. Also just down from lots of restaurants and cafes. Only downside was that the rooms aren't very sound proof, but that all depends on who's staying in the other apartments.
