About this apartment rental
Nice apartment two steps away from the Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, and a few minutes walking distance from all main museums and monuments. It can accommodate up to 6 people with the sofa bed in the living room, Wifi, Clean linens and towels, soap and shampoo are included.
The apartment is on the Ground floor, there are just two steps to the entrance in the living room. The kitchen is divided from the living room by an open wall (the wash and dry machine is in the kitchen). To the right there is a door that leads to the bedroom with a double bed that can be separated in two single ones and the mezzanine where there are two additional single beds.
The access to the complete bathroom (with shower and bidet) is from the main bedroom.
The Apartment is less than 2 minutes walking distance from Santa Croce square, and from 5 to 15 minutes walking distance from all main museums and monuments.
Close to the Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio, were you can experience the real good quality of food, finding fresh fruits and vegetables on the outside of the market and fresh meat and fish on the inside, not counting a few little restaurant, ideal for a quick lunch in a Florentine style.
A/C, heat and WIFI included.
Check in time is from 2pm to 8pm.
If you will be arriving on a different time than the check in time please get in touch with us before making a reservation as we apply a small fee for late arrivals.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was most accommodating. Close to all major things to do in Florence. Busy road resulted in noise in the apartment. Beds were a bit uncomfortable , but everything else was good.

Una casa non troppo grande ma capace di accogliere tranquillamente il numero di persone stabilite grazie alla buona organizzazione degli spazi interni.
Molto pulita e calda, senza problemi di riscaldamento, acqua o altri inconvenienti.
Fin dal check-in, vengono forniti agli ospiti lenzuola pulite e altrettanti asciugamani (in omaggio anche un piccolo flacone di shampoo).
Le procedure di check-in e check-out si svolgono in modo semplice e rapido grazie ai proprietari facilmente reperibili e disponibili.
A rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è la posizione della casa, dalla quale si possono tranquillamente raggiungere tutti i punti principali della città (sia a piedi che attraverso i mezzi pubblici).

The apartment was great except for the nearly overpowering odor of mildew. We would strongly urge you to correct this issue. The Wi-Fi was terrific.
