Great 4 bedroom apartment in Florence

Perfect place if you are looking for classic Italian city centre living.

location was perfect. parking the rental was a chore but that is to be expected. love the quirky setting. we only stayed the one night so did not need the kitchen. Although the bar across the street was happening until late we never heard anything!!

A comfortable and quiet stay in the heart of Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay. Each room had its own air conditioning unit and private bathroom, which made everything very comfortable. The place was clean and perfectly located in the city center, just a few steps from the Duomo, yet on a quieter street. Only one of the rooms was slightly noisier at night, as it faced the street with a bar nearby — but the noise stopped around 11 PM (on weekdays), so it wasn’t a big issue. The accommodation is also very close to the central food market and several great local restaurants.

The only downside was that the kitchen could have been better equipped — with more dishes, glasses, and a coffee machine — but this didn't bother us much overall.

Good locations, facility clean and in good order

Location is perfect, we did not meet with owners, but all communications where in good order, facility is good and we liked staying there. Short walk to numerus of restaurants and area dutifully. We do recommend this stay.

Great home base for Florence trip.

Great location, short walk to the places we most wanted to see, and fun night life on the streets nearby but still nicely quite inside the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals when we decided to stay in. Excellent restaurant choices a short walk away.

Definitely recommend Serena's apartment - we had an amazing stay!

Service was above and beyond. Serena the host was in touch before we arrived to understand how we wanted the rooms set up. She helped us with an early check as well as let us keep our bags till we needed to leave for our train - hours after check out. She provided us with all the information needed, including helping us with bus that could get us to the apartment from the bus station and helped us with a guide's contact details. The rooms were great and the whole apartment had a lovely charm to it. It was perfect for our family holiday, both in terms of space and comfort as well as location as it was walking distance to all the key sights we wanted to visit.

Pésima elección en Florencia

Estaba céntrico

La falta de respuesta ante un problema grave ( por avería , sin calefacción ni agua caliente un día y medio de los dos que estuvimos ), en Navidad y con 4 grados fuera . El primer día tardaron 7 horas en contestar nuestras llamadas y mensajes, fue desesperante. Está justo encima de dos bares , hay mucho jaleo por la noche , y en las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha todo . La casa no tiene salón , y la cocina es pequeña, así que solo se puede estar en las habitaciones.

Apesar de alguns inconvenientes a estadia foi satisfatória face a boa localização.

O check-in estava marcado para as 15:00, chegamos ás 16:00 e ainda estavam limpando o apartamento, deixamos nossa bagagem e só retornamos após as 18:00. O box de um dos banheiros estava entupido nos obrigando a tomar banhos em outro.

Todo 10/10 ubicación perfecta en pleno centro Somos una familia 6 adultos y 1 bebé y nos sentimos como en casa, teníamos todo para cocinar Todo amplio, camas muy cómodas cada habitación tiene su propio baño, agua caliente y lo encontramos muy limpio. Serena contesta rápido y está al pendiente estamos muy contentos de escoger este alojamiento

Очень красивая квартира в историческом центре. До всех достопримечательных мест просто рукой подать. В каждой комнате душ и туалет. Посуда и все необходимое есть на кухне. Так же стиралка порадовала. Вообщем ОЧЕНЬ КРУТАЯ КВАРТИРА.
