True Tuscon experience.

Just a magnificent place to stay. Our hosts were fantastic and we're so friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat. They spoke excellent English and they served breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. The apartment was amazing, just beautiful. There is a swimming pool to use and awesome restaurants close by.

Fun in Florence

The property is located just outside of the beautiful city of Florence and in the Tuscan countryside. The views were just breathtaking. The hosts, Alessandro and Rachel, are such great people. My son lost his bag in the taxi and Alessandro and Rachel were calling the taxi company to get it back for 45 minutes that is. That shows how much dedication they put in to their guests to make their stay even more enjoyable. The room that we were staying in was so cosy and inviting. The food was great and we had a very pleasant experience.

A Warm and Authentic Stay at Sunshine Suites Florence

From the moment we arrived at Sunshine Suites Florence, Alessandro and Rachel made us feel incredibly welcome – as if we were old friends coming home. Their warmth and hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The accommodation itself is something out of a dream – beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. Everything was spotless, and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we had stepped into another world. We slept like babies and waking up to the sound of birds singing was the perfect start to each day. Breakfast was an absolute highlight every morning. Every dish was prepared with care and love, and Alessandro’s omelets were simply the best. It's rare to find a place where breakfast becomes something you truly look forward to. Beyond the stunning setting and delicious food, Alessandro and Rachel went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed Florence to the fullest. Their recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots were all fantastic – it felt like we had personal guides to the best of the region. We also had the pleasure of trying their own olive oil – rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with the same care and passion that they put into everything else. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return. Sunshine Suites isn’t just a place to stay – it’s an experience we’ll always treasure.

Great get-away stay close to Florence

Perfect get away from the busy Florence, where you can enjoy the Tuscany hills. Alessandro and Rachel are superb hosts who will give you the best recommendations and help with all your troubles. The breakfast was heavenly between all the olive trees. The rooms are modern and clean. Just overall a perfect stay! We will surely come back. Tip: don’t forget to bring mosquito spray and download the local bus app for the schedule.

Our Holiday in Florence

Everything was perfect at our stay. Rachel and Alessandro are great couples. They were really helpful during our stay at Sunshine Suites. They did their best to make us comfortable and make our travel better. We left Florence with lots of great souvenirs thanks to them. Besides having a breakfast at the garden of Sunshine Suites is amazing.

Like a second home

We spent five marvelous days in the beautiful, rustic and typical Tuscan home of Rachel and Alessandro. We have enjoyed this stay so much that we definitely want to come back. Rachel and Alessandro turned our honeymoon into a beautiful experience and provided us with great tips and recommendations. They are impeccable hosts and we feel very blessed that we found this little gem in the heart of Tuscany just a few car minutes away from the city of Florence. Both are incredibly sweet and they serve a great breakfast every morning.

No criticism, just a note: Brace yourselves for mosquitos and bring plenty of repellent since this homestay is out in the countryside.

Lovely hosts and a unique rural setting, very well looked after

Very friendly hosts who were genuinely interested in my travels, and supplied superb sandwiches with local ingredients for my breakfast and to carry with me whilst cycling the next day. There was even a bottle of wine, but unfortunately that had to be left behind as I still had multiple days of cycling to complete, in mountainous terrain.

The room was a little cold, but I would prefer that than being too warm, so I didn't mention it during my stay.

Gemütliche Oase in der Nähe von Florenz

Ruhige Lage in rustikaler Umgebung. Rachel und Alessandro sind super bemüht alles dafür zu tun, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Besonders angenehm ist der Vorraum mit Küche der genutzt werden kann. Hier könnte man auch bei schlechtem Wetter einen schöne Zeit verbringen. Florenz selber ist mit kurzer Fahrt zu erreichen. Danke auch für die Übersendung unserer Bluetooth Kopfhörer die wir vergessen haben.

Wir würden uns noch über Fliegengittern an den Fenstern freuen, der Verdunster für die Steckdose hat aber seine Aufgabe erfüllt und wir haben mit offenem Fenster ohne Belästigung geschlafen.

Wirklich ein traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen mit herausragenden Gastgebern, die für ihre Gastfreundlichkeit wirklich eine 10 von 10 verdient haben. Alles sehr sauber und ein wirklich ruhiger Ort. Hier nochmals ein großes Lob an Rachel und Alessandro für ihre hilfreichen Tipps und ihre überaus herzliche und freundliche Art. Ihr habt wirklich für alles gesorgt und alles dafür getan, dass wir einen so tollen Aufenthalt hatten, den wir noch lange in bester Erinnerung behalten werden.Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist empfehlenswert.
