Great location and Simona is very friendly. Has all the basics you need and walking distance from most major sites.

Location could not be better. Literally out the front door and you are in the main square and within a few minutes of the major attractions. Lots of restaurants and cafes on your doorstep, quiet literally. Its a very characterfull place and full of history. Facilities are good and tooms spacious. The statue of David was 1 minute from the front door and the Duomo a 10 minute stroll away. Its zll about the location. The images of the inside on the wrbsite are all accurate. Lovely spot.

There is a long and steep flight of stairs to be climbed before arriving at the lift so for older people or those with a disability be aware. Its not a traditional B&B as many would understand it. Instead there is a good choice of foods left on a table and in a fridge in the room. Facilities to make teas and coffees are laid in in a central common room but you prepare your own breakfast. All of that is fine but you also have to wash up after you eat. Its not the washing that is the problem but your are depending on how well previous users have cleaned the delph and cutlery before returning it to its place in common area. We felt that was a flaw in the system.

This place is beautifully decorated, almost like an art gallery itself! Its right in the middle of Piazza della Signoria so you can’t beat the location, but surprisingly it is quiet inside. Simona is absolutely charming and will help you with anything you need and give you a lot of good food.

The location is fantastic, right in the main square, but very quiet inside. Very easy to get too and safe.

The host could be friendlier and more helpful. The shower is very old and the water would stay up, also very small.
