Clean, cozy and good location. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, even let us store our luggage in the apartment while we waited for our train after check out. All facilities were good and the shared kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
Air conditioning was not as effective as it could have been. However the room stayed cool enough to still be comfortable.

Location is near the tram and far enough away from the centre so it is quiet. But still an easy walk.
I could hear upstairs occupants stomping around. I am very sensitive to noise, so this would probably not bother most people. Other guests did not clean up after themselves in the kitchen, which is a shame on them not the property.

Everything was excellent. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and even waited for us to arrive. The room had everything we needed, and we also had full access to the kitchen, including complimentary water and other essentials. It truly felt like staying in a large family home rather than just a hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and cozy.
Honestly, nothing. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

It had a homely feel and was located right in the centre of Florence with only a short walk to the train station.
It was difficult to find the outside of the b&b as there wasn't a sign, and the air conditioning, fridge and safe did not work.
