The property is located in a very good area, very close to the cathedral and other important tourist attractions. We didn’t need to use public transportation or taxis, as it is also very close to the train station. The property has been recently renovated, it is very clean, and the hosts are extremely kind and attentive throughout the entire stay. It is very comfortable, well organized, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The location was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.
There was a slight drainage smell coming from the shower drain.

Clean, cozy and good location. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, even let us store our luggage in the apartment while we waited for our train after check out. All facilities were good and the shared kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
Air conditioning was not as effective as it could have been. However the room stayed cool enough to still be comfortable.

It had a homely feel and was located right in the centre of Florence with only a short walk to the train station.
It was difficult to find the outside of the b&b as there wasn't a sign, and the air conditioning, fridge and safe did not work.
