Large and clean modern room. The staff was nice, and the coffee was good at breakfast.
We had the the Pisa room which was so loud due to it being close to the tram, and heavy traffic circulation outside. Definitely not for light sleepers. The hot water in the shower ran out after less than 5 min, leaving both me and my husband taking cold showers.

The friendliness of the staff. Yasin and Salma were awesome with serving us breakfast and afternoon snacks and coffee 👍🏼. Answering our questions and having everything ready for us. It felt like home.
The elevator is kinda small, but that's not your fault. Be aware that you can only take it up with 2 large suitcases and 1 person, ideally.
