Located in the historic centre within walking distrance from all the major attractions. The tram stop is close by, two stations away from the central railway station. The breakfast is served through a coupong redeemable at the near by cafe. There is no parking.
There is not lift and you have to carry your luggage up. The B&B is managed by an AI.

Good location, fairly close to Uffize, Duomo, etc. Very nice bathroom and shower. Great service by receptionist to assist with completing the on-line check-in process. Easy left luggage, and general access. Coffee/Tea machine was a nice plus.
No local parking, but not much to be done about that in the middle of historic Florence city centre!

This apartment was fine for a 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable and it was relatively spacious. Included an espresso machine. Staff were helpful in booking a taxi early morning to take us to the train station.
Mini fridge was pretty useless as it was linked to power supply that required us to be in the room with the key. Staff were not present on site. For the booked breakfasts we needed to walk 2 blocks down to a local cafe. Bathroom was spacious but not recently renovated and had some marks (possibly mould) on the wall. The walk from the train station was quite long .
