Excellent stay

This is a wonderful B&B with an extremely friendly, helpful, and gracious host! My room was large, clean, and it included a sizable wardrobe to hang clothing. I was traveling for work and the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast and coffee were also delicious!

Gorgeous spaces but a little bit far from town

The room was clean and the building beautifully restored. Our bedroom had a lovely view which overlooked the Tuscan countryside. Our host was friendly and accommodating

Our room had a separate bathroom,, which was spacious and exquisitely decorated, however it was across the hallway and next to another bedroom. Two rooms has separate bathrooms and 2 have en-suite It’s a little bit far to public transport having to take a bus and tram to get into the city centre, but ideal for exploring the surrounding castles and countryside

Comfort, beauty and friendlyness

The hotel and facilities were beautiful and comfortable. True that Florence is not at your feet, but the exceptional surroundings and the quietness compensate this fact. Besides, it is easy to get and return by train or bus to the city. Mario and Serafina were very helpful and friendly all the time.

We only stayed one night to have easy access to airport in the morning. It worked out great.

A true taste of a 14th century villa! The area around is easily walk-able and Florence had a wonderful bus/train system. Our host was very personable and helpful. The restaurant he recommended was excellent! Hope we can stay longer next time.

Nice owners, great breakfast and close to Florence

Very friendly and helpful owner, rooms are nicee and we had a delicious breakfast. You can park in front of the property, chill in the garden and take a bus to Florence's centre.

I didn't realise when booking that our room had a bathroom outside of our room. It was just for us, so it was fine and right next to our room. Not sure if all the rooms are the same but just something to keep in mind.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a bathroom just across the hall (private bathroom exclusively for us). Air conditioning worked great. Private parking on property. We loved having a little fridge in our room to keep our drinks cool.

We felt cared for in a unique setting with one of the best hosts we met.

After delayed flight and no luggage our stay at B&B Palazzi was a beautiful place to land. The host was always helpful and caring. He did reservation and taxi communications for us which we appreciated. The location is tucked away and charming, with garden area. Great bedroom and bathroom, especially bathtub.

Service was excellent, the B&B is located in a a very charming 15th century Fiorentinian house.

Please note that the bathroom is a shared bathroom (bathrobes and slippers are available so that you do not bump into someone completely undressed)

Ci è piaciuta molto l’accoglienza dell’host simpatico e gentile, il luogo era proprio come lo desideravamo noi, tranquillo e caratteristico! Letto super comodo, ogni dettaglio ben curato… La mattina ho scoperto lo “scendi letto” che penso sia il mio nuovo dolce da colazione preferito!

Excellent accueil. Hôte très à l’écoute, très sympathique, de très bons conseils. Très belle maison, typique, joliment décorée. Parking très peu cher à proximité de la villa et du tramway pour se rendre en très peu de temps en plein centre de Florence.

Ik zou de tuin proberen te gebruiken als extra aantrekkingspunt. Verbinding met centrum met openbaar vervoer is wat stroef, vooral de terugreis.
