Feels like a home, would be better, if more clean

The location is really good, walk distance to tram station and supermarket. The apartment is cute, everything is good, especially in such hot at Florence, there is air conditioner in the room that is fantastic value.

the place was quite dirty and the room was kind of smelly we didn't feel like using the kitchen because of how dirty it seemed even tho it had everything we would need, but no. the bathroom also had a big hole in the floor covered by a tower and the shower was broken and because of it didn't really work all the time

Location is OK. Sorry to say, but even just "spend sleeping" hours there is torchering. I am not exaggerating - there is not enough oxygen in the room to sleep/breath. With or without AC - it does not make any difference. Constant temperature in the room +28, while +23 is outside. Terrible.

Absolutely unacceptable apartment for family. AC didn't work, as mentioned before in reviews. No communication in English by phone. Video camera is filming everyone who enters the apartment. The hall is common and shared between rooms, one of them goven to you. Dirty wall, dust, place looks like filthy shack. The most killed fact - there is no air from windows, because AC processor installed just behind the windows and blows hot air into the room where AC does not work. The host do not speak English or do kot want to speak English, when facts are explained. Do not rely on "8" rating. This is awful place and will not only spoil Florence atmosphere but also force you to think that you are in "Unfavorable place". Kitchen is dirty and reminds apocalyptic time. Burned laminate from cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Also the smell. By the way - it took us an hour to get into appointment upon arrival, no keys, no instructions, no answers to the phone.

Nice and helpful owner, easy parking.

Shared kitchen (plates, glasses, cooking ware). living room (dining table, chairs, everything else). small bedroom for 4 member family stay (only one small single bed and a double bed) . Less functional aged air conditioning. May only recommend for someone travel along for a sleep & go.

Short stay in Florence

Easy street parking and secure compound, a really nice ice cream shop very close by.

The main area and kitchen are quite dirty and smelly. The room itself and bathroom was clean although the air conditioner didn’t work. There are others living in the property in their own rooms. It was barely acceptable in terms of hygiene and cleanliness but for a one night stay we managed to sleep and leave early the next morning.

位置还比较方便，离公共汽车站比较近，周边也有部分吃的小店，算是比较方便!

房间偏小，我是和我儿子一起入住的，两个人在房间，再加上两个箱子，就比较挤一点，还有就是洗澡的花洒出水量比较小，建议房东可以换一下!

C’est un appartement découpé en trois chambres les uns sur les autres. L’hôte ne voulais pas m’ouvrir la porte tant que je ne lui pas me moyen de paiement de la taxe de séjour à 6euros par personne ; personne pour m’accueillir. C’ést dans une résidence d’habitation privée pas un hostel dédié ; du monter les marches d’escalier la poussette à pied pas aménager pour

El piso es muy tranquilo y está limpio; la habitación con baño privado es un acierto (las otras habitaciones comparten baño). Además, el propietario es muy amable, comunicativo y comprensivo.

El piso está algo lejos del centro (aunque ya lo sabía y eso no es culpa del propietario).

Il bagno non era male ma c'era lo sciacquone che si bloccava, il box doccia non si chiudeva bene, la pressione dell'acqua era un po' debole e l'acqua calda era a volte altalenante. Per il resto tutto bene.

Buona la posizione, si riesce a trovare il parcheggio. La camera pulita e calda. Abbiamo avuto anche il lettino da campeggio, gentilmente offerto dai proprietari.

un raspuns foarte rapid de la proprietar ținând cont ca am facut rezervarea la ora 11.00 noaptea si mai aveam 100 km pana la cazare , foarte grijuliu, apartamentul a fost foarte confortabil .
