Very good and decent and beautiful

The whole roo was clean and utilities are available

The toilet was upstairs and not on the same floor but its ok if you are not sick which i was in my case

It was alright. The property is clean and spacious , close to tram station.

The property was clean and maintained. Very spacious same as pictures. There were two things note worthy, the Air con was some how on timer, that it actually switched off by itself at night. The host was not very welcoming, may be language barrier to give benefit of the doubt.

The property doesn’t have a parking, so you end up paying extra for car park , it does say in google that if u park at night the charges are less but some how we were charged full 20 euros to park for 14 hours not even 24.

Very nice and we felt super comfortable.

The host (Sandro) was very nice. We arrived super late because of traffic and he stayed up, made time to explain everything and also make sure we had all our questions answered and felt comfortable. He even wrote recommendations for restaurants and bars for the following day without us asking. Very friendly!

The facilities, the big space and the comfort. It is a very nice neighborhood, close to multiple public transport (tram, buses) and the building is clean and beautiful.

Good to recommend that during spring and summer it is good to close the doors during the night due to mosquitoes (although that’s a minimum thing compared to the nice stay there and the staff)

A lovely and spacious accommodation.

It was a very tidy and beautiful place to stay, much more spacious in real life than in the pictures. The bathroom was huge. The staff was kind and helpful. We can definitely recommend it.

Location was good near tram stop and supermarket, safe parking (extra cost), nice bathroom

Acceptable, not going to come back to this place ever again

Everything was ok, but not great. Too expensive for what it is, was cheaper staying at a hotel. Next time we will definitely get a hotel room, no more apartments for us.

The squicky bed and the 30 euros that host charge us extra because we arrived around 11 PM at the location, because our flight got delayed from early in morning to late at night, at no fault of our own + 24 euro the city tax, even though we just stayed 1 day at the location we had to pay for 2 days because we arrived at midnight.

The room was very clean, with a functioning AC, which was really helpful, especially at night. There is a supermarket right around the corner and a bus stop to the centre not far away. The owner was very nice and very helpful.

The wifi went out a few times, but only for a short moment. However, we don’t think this was the owners fault :)

Clean, comfortable room with an accessible kitchenette and a small terrace on the first floor. Helpful owner. Very close to the tram stop to the center. On request, a parking space in a closed car park.

Spacious, clean , simple but elegant. Very quiet location within walking distance of city centre but also convenient tram stop. Well equipped kitchen available to use. Nice local café/wine bar and pizzeria.

Every thing was so clean. two beds were so comfortable. I had towels and hairdryer. Bathroom was so clean as well.

It did not have a kitchen, neither a kettle to boiling water for breakfast. No dishes was available.

Maison Etoile is reasonable accommodation for a small group stay in Florence.

Spacious and close to public transport. Sizeable bathroom and plenty of light. We enjoyed the kitchen availability.

The shower was tiny, and the shower curtain was far too small. As a result, showering was very cold. The heating did not turn on the first night of our stay. We needed to replenish our own toilet paper as there were no extra rolls. Because it’s a guesthouse there was no available staff member to notify. Additionally, the paintings and decor in our room were specific to the owners religion and so was inconsiderate of other religions.

Great place for a budget stay in Florence

Convenient, clean well maintained budget place to stay in Florence while you do day trips to nearby historical towns towns. Returning to it for the second time after positive experience last time. It was fairly warm when we stayed in December with +5 behind the window. Can recommend.

Of course there are small bits and pieces that are not ideal, but bearable for the price. For instance our room had private bathroom, but it was on a different floor which is not ideal, but not a big deal. Also bed in the room was a bit squeaky, but again not a big deal after you return tired after a day trip.

The host of this beautiful apartment went above and beyond for us during our stay recommending some great places to eat. The pizza restaurant across the road is a must, best pizza I've had in Italy so far! The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern and the balcony views were a bonus.

Big space in a quiet part of town, just needs a few tweaks

Huge room with a lovely balcony. Location is fine if you don't mind walking (which I don't at all). Road is quiet so no noise from the street

Only 2 pillows on the massive bed. Old and tired TV and plug sockets. Nibbled by many mosquitos whilst sleeping. Other guests made lots of noise in the communal kitchen and coming up and down the stairs quite late at night (11pm ish)

Beautiful place to sleep in Florence

Beautiful, stylish and functional room in a well-connected area! The hot tube was a real bonus as well. Everything felt very new, well thought of and fresh.

I think some rooms in the house use a bathroom on a different floor. Mine was right next to my room with a small connecting hallway I could lock.
