Overall, our stay was comfortable and convenient, with everything we needed for a short trip.

The Location: Close to the tram station (approx. 150 metres, easy to walk). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. While it’s not the liveliest area, everything you need is easily accessible. There's a café on the first floor, a hypermarket just across the main road, next to the tram station. We attended a conference at the nearby university, so the walking distance was perfect for us. The Host: The host was friendly and did his best to accommodate us. He recommended several great places to explore and eat out. The Place: The space is small but has everything you need. We stayed in one room of a 3-bedrooms apartment and shared the bathroom with one other tenant. We cooked breakfast and dinner there a few times during our 5-day stay. There is an elevator, air conditioner in the room, iron, and washing machine.

The internet could be improved. We used wifi provided by the host but it kept losing connection.

Safe, easy, comfy stay in Florence

The location is great. It is outside the historical center (30-minute easy walking) in a residential area and very close to a tram station. A few big supermarkets (Lidl, Coop, Esselunga, etc) are in the neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped. Communication with the host is easy and responsive.

There are other long-term tenants living in the apartment who use their own bathroom. If you are comfortable with hearing other people’s voices (and oddly enough, I only saw one of them twice during a 4-day stay), I definitely recommend this place.

The house it’s beautiful itself! everything was really clean and tidy. The room Luca provided us was cozy and nice, well equipped. It had air conditioning which we really appreciate.

The host was wonderful, he was really nice and responsible, very attentive. He allow us to do a washing and provided us breakfast every morning.

Emplacement idéal à proximité directe du tramway qui sert le centre ville et l'aéroport. Centre commercial à 2 minutes. Appartement très bien équipé. Facilité d'accès à l'arrivée, merci à Luca pour ses instructions et propositions !
