Die schlafzimmer befinden sich an der Straße. Die ist ziemlich laut. Wir haben mehrfach überprüft ob unser Fenster richtig verschlossen ist. Aber das war es. Zum Einschlafen haben wir Kopfhörer verwendet. Der Check in war unnötig kompliziert. Wir wurden gefragt wann wir kommen, hatten kurz vor Ankunft aber noch keinerlei Informationen wo wir parken können, welches Stockwerk etc. All das steht in einer PDF-Datei die ich per WhatsApp bekam. Ich ging davon aus, dass es sich dabei nur um Werbung und Attraktionen für die Stadt handelte. Deshalb hab ich diese PDF nie geöffnet. Und wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen. Ein Hinweis, dass dort alle Infos drinstehen wäre sinnvoll gewesen und hätte uns die Ankunft wesentlich angenehmer gemacht.

Great location outside downtown florence you walk ten minutes to the tram and take it a few stops and your there! many food options available nearby and all much tastier than downtown where you will find not the best food or prices.

tram does not run very early in morning so early morning flights your forced to use taxi. also i would STRONGLY advise that you get the building key and front door key from the owner so you dont get locked out of apartment by accident... this did happen to us. but was resolved in 15 minutes thankfully, I say this because the door is opened with key card and if the secondary lock is locked by staff and you dont have the key for the front door you cant get into the apartment!

Apartment is modern, clean, all automated so you go in and out easily. The people managing it are great and very responsive.

No hot water for two non sequential mornings. Shower clogged. Cuisine is equipped with old stuff and missing some basic stuff like if you wash your hands there isn’t even a cloth to dry your hands. There is no proper trash bin for regular or recycling and if you stay many days, the trash piles cause it’s not taken out.
