Excellent stay in every way—10/10 and I’d happily return.

Wonderful accommodation—tidy, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was attentive and professional, and the whole process was seamless. Great spot as well: practical, well-connected, and perfect for exploring.

12 euros for parking. Not necessary imo. They should rather focus on their primary business which is providing accommodation. They do that well.

Comfortable quiet apartment

Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was clean and quiet and we have everything we needed. There were shops and services within easy reach of the apartment. Access to the main part of Florence required a tram trip- and it was a ten minute walk on level ground.

The check in process was complex with lots of apps to download and it was a bit of a process. The biggest stress was if your phone was flat or you had no reception on you phone you had no way of accessing the apartment! Keys would be more foolproof. Finally the check out time was listed as 10.30 however power to the apartment was shut off at 10 without warning- so we finished our pack up in the dark….

I was expecting more but it was proper.

Apartment is modern, clean, all automated so you go in and out easily. The people managing it are great and very responsive.

No hot water for two non sequential mornings. Shower clogged. Cuisine is equipped with old stuff and missing some basic stuff like if you wash your hands there isn’t even a cloth to dry your hands. There is no proper trash bin for regular or recycling and if you stay many days, the trash piles cause it’s not taken out.

Good clean property with accessible travel opportunities

The property was clean and well maintained. Sheets and pillows were clean and adequate. Toilet was well maintained and equipped. The property was quite close to the bus and metro stations so travelling to the town centre of Florence was not a problem. Had a positive experience overall

The check in instructions were quite confusing and sometimes do not work as per the instructions. If you are not a technical person it may be a hassle to follow. No complimentary water bottles provided at the room which was a bit annoying especially during check in. The host is never on location and the way to contact them is text via WhatsApp. Each time it is a different person talking to you in chat but that is fine. The sound proof in the room is not so good and my room door to the main bed room cannot be closed which was a bit annoying. The furnishing finish to the door and locks could be better

Big, beautiful room!

Wonderful place, would love to stay again! Very comfortable bed, everything clean, big window and balcony with mechanical shutter, the air conditioning got very cold it was great. It was so nice to sit on the balcony. A big pretty room, great wifi, fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very quick and responsive through whatsapp.

The location is not very central, but still not bad- 10 minute walk to a co-op store and a tram stop to take you to the center.

Excellent séjour, 10/10 — je le recommande sans hésiter.

Le logement était super confortable, très propre et vraiment bien aménagé. L’hôte était chaleureux et répondait vite, donc tout a été facile du début à la fin. En plus, l’emplacement est pratique pour se déplacer.

Honnêtement, rien du tout : tout était A1. Le seul bémol, c’est que ça a passé trop vite !

Purtroppo in camera c'era un cattivo odore e la coperta e gli asciugamani puzzavano. Lo staff si è reso comunque molto disponibile e ci ha cambiato la coperta appena comunicato

Parfait . Joli et bien équipé

Appartement très bien équipé et très propre dans un résidence calme. Appartement partagé mais le respect de chacun fait que la cohabitation s’est très bien passé. Quelques produits de « première nécessité « disponible dans la cuisine et le lave linge bien appréciable !

Peut-être un peu trop excentré, mais nous avons très vite appris des transports en commun pour les retours du soir et le matin c’est « un petit « 3 kms à pied, le long de l’Arno pour rejoindre le centre ville. Procédure d’entrée pas évidente, nous avons un peu tâtonné le premier jour et je me suis relevée un soir tard pour ouvrir à un jeune couple qui n’arrivait pas à ouvrir la porte !

Nettes, zu empfehlendes Zimmer, wenn die „Mängel“ abgestellt wurden.

Es war gut und modern ausgestattet. Im Vorraum gab es sogar eine Küche, die man mitbenutzen konnte. Wenn die Tram durchfährt, ist man in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt, ca. 30 Minuten mit Fußweg. Aktuell dauert der Hinweg aufgrund Gleisarbeiten länger.

Das Einrichten der App, um ins Gebäude zu kommen ist ein bisschen verwirrend, funktioniert danach jedoch einwandfrei - ein internetfähiges Handy muss unbedingt vorhanden sein. Es wäre ratsam klarzustellen, dass man erst auf den Parkplatz fahren kann, wenn man den Schlüssel aus der Wohnung geholt hat. Beim Betreten des Zimmers wurden wir leider von einem unschönen Geruch („nasser Waschlappen“) begrüßt. Auch eines der Kopfkissen roch stark danach. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene Kopfkissen dabei und haben dies erst nach Abreise gemeldet. Die Toilettenspülung ist sehr laut.

Апартаменти значно перевищили наші очікування. Є все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Ми з радістю повернулися б сюди знову. Чудовий персонал, який завжди на зв'язку і готовий допомогти з усіма питаннями.

Hospedaje sin servicios ni sin aseo

La habitación es amplia No es difícil llegar al centro histórico, fuera del terminal de trenes pasa el tranvía que te acerca al hospedaje. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión

Dejan 2 café de cortesía pero no hay azúcar (pregunté por ws pero me dijeron que no había) No existe servicio de limpieza. El acceso es algo complejo la primera vez, aunque está bien explicado, toma su tiempo poder ingresar (muchos pasos) Tenía muchas expectativas de este lugar y por eso dejé de lado su lejanía del centro, pero de todos los lugares que me quedé en 24 días de tour este fue el hospedaje con menos servicios, ni siquiera tendían la cama ni cambio de toallas. El internet se caía a ratos, llega inestable a la habitación. Los basureros siempre con basura. El tranvía mas cercano está a 10min caminando. El refrigerador hace mucho ruido, vi ese reclamo en septiembre 2024, pensé que a la fecha estaría solucionado pero no fue así. Habitación con luz blanca (fría) que no deja descansar la vista y es muy brillante, debería ser luz cálida (esto es un detalle por si a alguien le pueda molestar)

Nagyon jó apartman, a két szoba nem egymás mellett van, így nem hallatszodik át semmi. Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen megközelíthető, a közelben van egy nagy Coop, a szobához tartozó erkelyre jó kiülni.

Érdemes lehet legalabb papír törlőt vagy szalvétát tartani, illetve mosogatószert és szivacsot. Esetleg ha több kávékapszula lenne elérhető, az is szuper lenne.
