Era la primera vez que estaba en Florencia y la atención de Paola y su hermano Luca fue genial desde el primer momento, muy amables y hospitalarios, me hicieron sentir como si estuviese en España por su amabilidad. Hubo un pequeño fallo en el aire acondicionado y al momento vinieron a solucionarlo e incluso ofrecernos la otra habitación si fuese necesario y nos regalaron una botella de vino por las molestias. El alojamiento está a un minuto andando de la parada de tranvía que te deja en la estación central con fácil acceso a recorrer todo el centro de Florencia. Justo al lado hay una cafetería con unos desayunos dulces riquísimos. Tiene todo lo necesario y es una zona muy tranquila además apenas hay dos o tres habitaciones y cuando yo me alojé éramos los únicos así que estuvimos solos. 100% recomendado quedarse en La Federiga, si vuelvo a Florencia sin duda repetiré.
Todo estuvo bien, no hay nada que no me gustó.
