Train station near to go to the city center in about 10 minutes

Surroundings of the city so neither stores nor restaurants open at night Room a bit deteriorated. A window does not close in the bathroom so many mosquitoes go into de room.

Comfortable Stay

I had a great stay! The private room was comfortable and featured a lovely balcony. The location was excellent—close to downtown and the tram station, which made getting around very convenient. The room had a private washroom and air conditioning, which was a big plus on a warm day. Towels and sheets were clean and of good quality. The only minor downside was that the hot water ran out after about five minutes in the shower. Despite that, I would definitely visit again and would love to stay here!

The location is really good and it was a good value for the money.

The window couldn’t be closed tightly and there was cold wind from there. On the bed there was a sheet and the cover of the bed this is not very clean, because the cover is no possible to be washed for every costumer. It was noisy because the property is close to a boulevard with a tram.

On Booking.com the property is listed as a 3 star hotel, but in reality it is a shared service apartment. There is no signage to indicate the property. We had to wait for someone to come and give us a key. The bidet was loose and felt it would topple over!

Bon emplacement et arrivée facile grâce aux instructions.

Logement vétuste et mal entretenu. Nous entendions les bruits de la rues. Nous sentions les ressorts du lit, le volet était cassé nous n'avons pas pu aérer et la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas nous avons bien ressenti les 13 degrés extérieurs!

Soggiorno perfetto in un alloggio comodo e accogliente

L’alloggio è spazioso, luminoso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ben collegata grazie alla vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici. Lo staff si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e sempre corretto. Tutto è andato per il meglio. Grazie mille!

Buen lugar para quedarse en florencia :)

Nos dejaron todo listo, toallas para todos los días de la estancia, jabón shaampoo, sábanas limpias etc. El departamento es antiguo pero está bien cuidado, tienes balcón en la habitación y baño privado (aunque en nuestro caso estaba en frente no fue problema) Por otra parte, la habitación contaba con aire acondicionado, televisión con cable y un mini refrigerador que funcionaba muy bien :). Finalmente mencionar que, a pesar de que no vimos a la persona que nos arrendó el lugar, siempre estuvieron atentos enviando mensajes antes de nuestra llegada y las instrucciones para ingresar al edificio y departamento fueron muy claras.

Lo único que me complicó un poco es que la llave que teníamos para el baño era antigua por lo que había que calcular hasta donde insertarla para poder girarla y me preocupaba que eso pudiera molestar en términos de ruido al resto de inquilinos.

Una acogedora y comoda estancia.

Fue una muy buena estadia, la habitacion es acogedora y muy comoda, esta en frente de una avenida principal pero puedes descansar tranquilamente proque no se siente el ruido de los carros, la televisión funcionaba bien. Solicite una cobija extra y cumplio mi requerimeinto. Sobre la cocina, para nosotros tuvo un ambiente hogareño, estaba muy bien equipada.

Una prequeña sugerencia es revisar la estufa que solo le funciona un fogón, pero fue mas que suficiente para preparar un desayuno sencillo.

Veramente molto utile il fatto che si trova vicino alla fermata dell’autobus che ti porta direttamente al centro

L’appartamento era molto vecchio a partire da letto matrimoniale che sono due letti singoli attaccati, il bagno ogni volta che scaricavi faceva un rumore incredibile che svegliava tutti, anche per chiudere il frigorifero era complicato perché per chiuderlo bisognava alzare la porta e incastrarla.. vabbè comunque è da non rifare
