El barrio era cómodo, con la estación de tranvía cerca pero también se podía llegar al centro caminando . El balcón es un buen lugar para tomar aire, charlar y beber un trago.

Very close to tram station which makes it easy to reach bus station and other parts of the city center. I think the quality was ok for the price that we paid for 2 people. Also it was great that we didn’t have to pay for city taxes and the owners were nice and thoughtful.
Closet and drawers were a bit dirty and hot water was not working properly, so getting a shower was challenging.

Posizione vicino all'ippodromo per concerti e presenza di climatizzatore, kit asciugamani puliti, bagno accettabile privato..
Letti scomodi (uno dei due una branda traballante che nemmeno nelle caserme)] e cuscini troppo bassi, struttura molto vecchia non tenuta benissimo, frigo trovato spento all'arrivo, cucina in comune e ingresso comune non climatizzati, microonde scarsamente funzionante, bagno fuori dalla stanza e senza finestra, dovendo chiudere a chiave non arieggia.
