Wish I had found this place for my previous trips to Florence! 🥰

The suite bedroom was squeaky clean, the hostess welcomed me and provided all the essential information at once, leaving me to organize my day as I wished, exactly what I needed. This place is going to be my book-if-available choice every time I come to Florence!

It's a personal preference here, so I didn't bother the hostess requesting softer/lighter pillows (she might have them).

Excellent value and great location

Our host was very friendly and accommodating. She also helped us with a late check-in, which was extremely helpful. The location is great. The tram stop is right there that takes you to the historical city centre, along with some restaurants and excellent super market. The room was spacious with everything we needed.

The mornings were a bit loud with traffic noises, but I'm a light sleeper. My partner wasn't aware of any cars honking.

owner is helpful, assissted me in check in, find garage. room is big enough for 4 persons obe large and 2 small. nice balcony and elevator is ok. 3 stops by tram to airport and 9 stops to city center. safe and clean area

Catia and her husband were very kind, the place was fully equipped with everything we could need, very close to the TRAM station and supermarkets

The owner was super friendly and showed us everything that we needed when checking in! Location is next to a tram stop which goes direct to the centre.

There are other bedrooms with people sharing the apartment I think.

This place was goooood!

We can only say the best things about this place & its really helpful and caring owner. The place is very cozy and super clean, very good location (only 12 mins with a tram from the city's centre). Accomodations have a fully supplied kitchen with a microwave, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher & other things you wouldn't expect to find like oil, salt, tea - everything you would have at home. We really loved it. Oh, and there's also a balcony & air conditioning! <3

Exceptional

Wonderful apartment, and host too! Catia is a lovely, kind lady and is readily available for any needs/ questions you may have. I stayed here for a night (last minute) before leaving Florence in the early morning. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything you could need: TV in the bedroom, AC, hairdryer, fully-equipped kitchen, etc. There is also a supermarket (Esselunga) nearby. The location was great as the tram line T2 is a 1 minute walk away from the apartment, which connects the airport to the city centre. Since my flight was at 7am, the location was particularly convenient as I was able to catch the first tram at 5:17 and arrived at the airport at 5:23. If you take it in the opposite direction, however, it'll leave you a 5 minute walk away from the Duomo, (or it can also leave you at Santa Maria Novella train station) so it is very well connected. In my opinion, it is an ideal stay for Florence. Thank you Catia!
