The suite bedroom was squeaky clean, the hostess welcomed me and provided all the essential information at once, leaving me to organize my day as I wished, exactly what I needed.
This place is going to be my book-if-available choice every time I come to Florence!
It's a personal preference here, so I didn't bother the hostess requesting softer/lighter pillows (she might have them).

Our host was very friendly and accommodating. She also helped us with a late check-in, which was extremely helpful. The location is great. The tram stop is right there that takes you to the historical city centre, along with some restaurants and excellent super market. The room was spacious with everything we needed.
The mornings were a bit loud with traffic noises, but I'm a light sleeper. My partner wasn't aware of any cars honking.
