perfect location for wise price and really helpful host

the location is really perfect to visit Florence, it's only 20-30 minutes walk from main attractions but still outside the no-car zone. You can easily reach the location by car, park nearby (you can choose either parking on street or choose one of guarded parking lots) and then enjoy sightseeing on foot. Its also very close to international train station connected with different cities. The communication with host was perfect, she answered very quickly, recommended some places, asked if we need any help. I also appreciate the coffee machine and the small yard with coffee table in front of the building-nice time in the morning

the kitchen could be better equipped in glasses and plates - for us it was OK -we were 2 people but for bigger group it could be problematic

Stay with great value for money!

Our stay in Florence was really pleasant due to several reasons. Francarooms provided us with clean, comfortable room in safe neighbourhood, including great Wifi. It has a very cute shared kitchen, where you can make yourself a cup of tea, coffee or any meal if you’d like. The host put some cookies, tea bags and coffee for the guests. We had a room with small porch, which we enjoyed a lot (the apartment is in first floor fully). Location was great as we basically had access to different parts of the city and was also close to train station. Overall, it is definitely recommended to make your stay in Florence affordable and enjoyable!

A very nice stay quite close to the city center!

There are 3 rooms - each one with a separate bathroom - within the apartment with a shared kitchen. Ca. 20 min walking from the train station and the city center of Firenze. The apartment is situated in a backyard in a calm quarter; you can sit in front of the house with your cup of tea. Very decent furniture. A little place (Piazza di San Jacopino) is just 3 minutes away; there you find some bars and restaurants, where many locals meet.

The kitchen was not so well equipped (cookware was rather humble). There were quite some mosquitos, so mosquito nets in the windows would have been very useful.

Really cute apartment in a good location near the trams, one stop away from the main train station. Was very clean and Daria the property manager was super helpful ☺️

Patio garden a bonus

Sylvia, the owner, is very gracious, friendly and helpful. She gave me tips on the location and booked a reservation at a delicious local restaurant. She even walked me over to it to ensure I didn't get .lost. The rooms are large, very clean and there is a common kitchenette. I loved the gates separating the hotel from the streets and the flowering patio garden.

L'appartamento, pur non essendo proprio vicino al centro storico, è servito dai mezzi pubblici La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita.Si è dormito molto bene.bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il poter lasciare il bagaglio oltre le dieci del mattino.

Una buona soluzione fuori dal centro, tranquilla ed economica

Tutto bene, bella stanza pulitissima e molto silenziosa, facile la comunicazione, quartiere tranquillo a 20' a piedi dalla stazione. Per me il fatto di dover fare il check.in entro le 21, nonostante sia un self chech-in, è stato problematico perché non mi ha permesso di partecipare a una cena di lavoro; purtroppo non ho trovato altri posti in centro avendo prenotato con poco anticipo, quindi certo non è responsabilità di Francarooms! Detto ciò, tutto bene!

Ήταν χαλαρό, καθαρό και κοντά στο τραμ το οποίο έχει πολύ συχνά δρομολόγια. Επίσης, στο δωμάτιο 1 που μείναμε είχε ιδιωτική αυλή με τραπέζι. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν φανταστική και η Daria ήταν πάντα κοντά μας στο What's app

Un piacevole ritorno

Stanza accogliente, silenziosa, pulita e non umida. Sistemazione molto comoda perché è presente una cucina comune completa di tutto. In casa troverai cialde per il caffè, tisane, fette biscottate e biscotti offerti gentilmente dalla proprietaria, la quale passa per salutare e chiedere se è tutto a posto. Siamo tornate più di una volta da Francarooms e ci siamo sempre trovate bene. Consigliato!

Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura, pulita e ben curata, e proprietaria gentilissima.

Struttura bellissima, mobilio nuovo e moderno, ma soprattutto igiene top. Anche molto vicina al capolinea del tram, si arriva subito alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Отличный номер. Все соответствовало фотографиям. В номере был шампунь и гель для душа. На кухне был кофе, чай, печеньки. Приятная отзывчивая хозяйка. Очень тихое место, шума с улицы мы не слышали. Удобное самостоятельное заселение. 20 минут пешком до ж/д вокзала

Отличное место для Тихого отдыха)

Тихая мини-гостиница на второй линии в 5 минутах от остановки трамвая / 15 минутах пешком вот вокзала. Комната очень просторная и чистая, кондиционер отличный, охлаждает быстро. Удобный душ, очень мягкие полотенца. На три комнаты общая кухня, хозяева предоставляют кофе и печеньки, посуда также присутствует. Холодильник тоже в общей кухне. Заселение бесконтактное, администратор присылает коды от ворот и входной двери. Администратор разговаривает на русском, что особенно порадовало)

Хотелось поставить минус за то, что хозяева называют двухспальной кроватью две поставленные рядом кровати с отдельными матрасами. Которые ночью разъезжаются)) Но остальное перевесило Нужна текстовая инструкция по пользованию кофемашиной, я с таким типом ранее не сталкивался и не смог ранним утром включить)

Assolutamente Perfetto.

La signora Daria è stata gentilissima e mi ha fornito sin da subito a tutte le informazioni in modo chiaro e completo. Ho trovato subito con facilità l'alloggio e l'ho trovato soprattutto molto ben tenuto e pulito. Inoltre alla mattina abbiamo avuto la bella sorpresa di trovarci caffè e biscotti pronti. Consiglio alla grande!
