    The hotel isn't bad overall. All the basic amenities are there. The room was warm and cozy. On the negative side, check-in was quite lengthy and would've been a nightmare without the helpful receptionist we met (it was her first day there). The room we stayed in had broken blinds which means anyone can see inside our room. You can easily hear people moving around and talking past midnight which means terrible soundproofing. Overall I'd give it 2.5/5

    I booked this room through Agoda, and my check-in time was confirmed as 11:00 am—I have all the information to prove this. We arrived at the hotel around 11:10 am and tried calling the property number listed in my confirmation multiple times, but no one answered. I then called the number displayed on their wall, and the receptionist finally picked up, only to tell us that the check-in time is actually 2:00 pm. We came all the way from Australia, trusting the information provided in our booking confirmation. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and refused to even let us leave our bags. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience—the worst stay ever. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
