Shower area can be better as the water leaks through the glass dividers making the toilet really wet after a shower. Other than that, pretty space and good location.

Room Mate Luca is ideally located within easy walking distance of both the train station and the Duomo. We also discovered a laundromat right next door, which is incredibly convenient if you’re on a longer trip and need to get your clothes cleaned quickly.
This was our second at the hotel, and once again we had a great experience. While the rooms are on the smaller side, that’s quite typical for Florence. They are tastefully decorated, well maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. They even prepared two takeaway breakfast boxes for us when we had an early start one morning, which was a thoughtful touch. Also breakfast is very good.
Overall, we had no complaints whatsoever and would happily stay here again.

It’s great very close to train station just 5 mins walk, attraction centre at walkable distance
Staff is very polite clean room with all required amenities
Only this it’s at busier street so till 10:00 vehicle nice might disturb
