We were 2 weary travelers and were met with a smile and a hug from Eliana. Very sweet B&B, conveniently located but unfortunately we left at 4 in the morning and weren't able to enjoy the breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The garden area was sweet and the breakfast area was charming. We spent so little time there but the impact Eliana had on us was strong - she could not have been kinder, engaging and more helpful with arranging and confirming a taxi to pick us up at 4am. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location on the tram, 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes into Florence. Eliana is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom nice with a great shower and the air conditioning is COLD. Eliana provided a great breakfast.
