Superb host, close inexpensive tram ride to airport, exceptional breakfast, clean and comfortable.

The location was excellent for easy access to airport - 2 tram stops away and no problem navigating. Eliana was a superb host! She took great care to insure we found our way/navigated airport and town. She is very "hands on" and helped with everything from luggage to providing wine glasses (nice seating outside for happy hour!). Breakfast was exceptional - tailored to individual guest tastes, big variety to choose from, and very high quality. Eliana is extremely friendly, speaks perfect English, does genuine interest in her guests, and is happy to share stories/recommendations.

Being right on the tram line means you can hear it, but ear plugs and brown noise app made it no problem. The benefit of tram close to get to airport outweighs the noise issue.

The Bed and Breakfast had great amenities, rooms were very clean, Eliana cooked an excellent breakfast for us. The B&B was located withing walking distance to the tram station.

Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast - ideal for getting to airport quickly

The owner, Eliana, was very helpful and flexible about our arrival time and accommodated our request for an early breakfast. The location on the T2 tram line (stop is just a block away) was really great for getting to the airport quickly and cheaply. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice assortment of breads, sweets, meats and cheese. Our stay was geared towards a nice place for a one-night stay near the airport. It also seemed a good location if you want to experience a real Italian neighborhood and don't mind taking the tram into central Florence to see the sights - but it isn't walkable to the museums and restaurants of the city.

A sweet stay near the airport.

Eliana greeted us with a cheery smile and a warm welcome. The bed was one of the most comfortable in our entire 27 day vacation. The location is two tram stops from the airport, which was great for our early flight. Eliana went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and provided an early morning breakfast.

For my early flight from Florence it was perfect, and Eliana was extremely kind to leave a breakfast

The communication and flexibility from Eliana were first-class, as was its location close to the tram. Eliana also accommodated my very late check-in and very early departure, leaving me a coffee machine and a pre-packed breakfast in the fridge.

A B&B operated by a lovely, kind and generous lady

Close to Florence Airport. Eliana is a lovely person and a pleasure to visit with. Furthermore, she provide excellent advice on the sights of Florence. We had a very early morning flight. She helped us arrange very good and courteous transportation.

Anything the property might lack is more than compensated for by this unique lady!

Perfect place to stay for a late or early flight out of Florence

Our flight got in to Florence late at night and we had another flight early the next morning and this was the perfect place to stay for our layover. It was extremely close to the airport (5 minutes by taxi 10 minutes by tram). Eliana was very kind and waited for us to arrive even though it was way past regular check in time. The room was clean, comfortable and well air conditioned. Eliana provided a very nice buffet breakfast the next morning including gluten free items for my daughter with celiac.

This B&B is very close to one of the Florence tram stops - very easy to travel to/from the airport and into town. But the best part of our stay was Eliana herself- she is a delight and the dinner she cooked for us was one of the best we had during our entire trip.

A perfect place to stay before a morning flight back home.

Eliana was extremely outgoing and friendly. She personally made our stay enjoyable and memorable. As a trained chef, Eliana's meals were delicious and professionally prepared. Eliana arranged for our taxi to the airport and even helped carry our luggage!

Eliana was a wonderful host and helped us navigate Florence by the tram.

Close to the airport and only 200 meters to the tram to the airport and downtown tourist area. Eliana was a wonderful host. She even walked us to the tram stop and showed how to buy tram tickets. We had an early morning flight out of Florence and she helped us plan to catch the first tram at 5:20 AM to the airport which was only two stops away.

Staying there the night before flying out, it was convenient, provided parking, and a great breakfast. Handy to a numebr of good restaurants.

Booking.Com's communication. difficult, even in the app to talk to the owner, leading us to miss ordering a dinner there, which we would have liked to have done.

Great place to stay with convenient public transportation to the airport, and Eliana is wonderful!!

We booked this room near the airport for our last night in Florence before catching our flight the next morning. The owner/host Eliana was absolutely wonderful. She had us follow her car in our rental car to help us get to the airport rental car return, she engaged with us and the other two couples staying there in great conversation over wine in the evening, and she insisted on helping us get our luggage to the tram stop in the morning to get to the airport. The tram is very close to the B&B, and there is just one stop before reaching the airport.

Our GPS had a hard time finding the property, which was a very minor problem for a great stay!

Wonderful stay! A shuttle, a meal and a comfy bed all at 1.5 miles from the airport.

My daughter was traveling alone to Italy for a study abroad trip. Eliana helped us with not only accommodation but we reserved dinner for her first night at Eliana’s restaurant and a shuttle was at the airport to pick her up after a long night of travel. I’m so grateful for all of Eliana’s help and wonderful hospitality!

Disappointed in Florence

Close to airport.

Room was clean, but the other areas were not. When we came in, their dog was barking so loudly we couldn’t hear the host. We had an early flight, but got very little sleep because of all the noise. It’s right on the tram line, so we heard every time the tram went by or cars went by. Walls are thin and neighbors were loud. The keys we were given opened the main doors, but not our room, so our door remained unlocked when we went for dinner and during the night.

Eliana makes you feel like an old friend

Eliana was born to be in the tourism industry. She made the stay wonderful with her flexibility, warmth, generosity, and culinary skills! There is a private outdoor seating area that was perfect for dinner or a glass of wine!

We did not like the neighborhood and could not find conveniences near us. That being said, we chose this location for its proximity to the airport as we were leaving early the next morning. For that, the neighborhood was perfectly located directly on the tram and 2 stops from Amerigo Vespucci.

Nice B&B with easy access to both city and airport

Eliana was the perfect host. Cheerful and social, we felt she really wanted us to feel at home. We understood she had created and decorated the place in her preferred fashion and we liked the secluded outside seating, where we spent some time with a glass of wine. The tram station to Florence city center and to the airport was only a few minute walk away, which was great.

We heard the noice from the tram quite clearly. It was a bit expensive, however, it seems Florence is overall expensive.

Convenient, charming, welcoming and personal attention

Eliana is a real treasure and her b&b perfect for a short or long stay in Florence. The airport is a very short tram ride away. The city is a short ride in the other direction. Restaurants are nearby but you might also get a meal prepared by Eliana, if you're lucky.

Getting to know Eliana and her family was a highlight of our visit to Florence

Eliana is amazing! Very warm, wonderful host. Great communication through the website and whats app- super responsive. Also an excellent cook! We chose to have dinner here( so glad we did- it was super). and wonderful included breakfast the next am. Very helpful in arranging shuttle to airport for us too Stay here if you want to get to know a local and learn more about Florence. She is very engaging and fun to talk with. Loved meeting her family and dog too! We stayed overnight before an airplane flight. Location is perfect for this. Otherwise the neighborhood, is not much for a tourist ( though we had no real time to explore). Was a little hard to find- just a door on a busy tramline street.It is directly on the tram line, so could be a good location if willing to tram in and out of center of Florence ( I think would be 20-30 min tram ride). Room was on the smaller side - would be great for family with younger kids ( we were with adult kids) not much room for luggage for 4 of us. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Very clean. New bathroom. Cute decor. Not as loud as I would have thought being on the tram line. Definitely recommend
