Quaint room with comfy bed, high ceiling and spacious, private bathroom.
Quick walk from T2 tram station. Easy to find. I recommend taking the tram since it’s so convenient.
Eliana runs the place and is a fully qualified chef and baker. The breakfast is amazingly good with home cooked croissants, pastries and breads, with many kinds of assorted fruits and fruit juices, as well as yoghurts and topping for yoghurt. Eliana also cooked up some hot breakfast items for us.
Air conditioning works well and so does the television. There is also a mini-fridge.
This place is a one of a kind place due to the food preparation skill and great conversation - absolutely well worth your money!

We were warmly welcomed by Eliana, who was incredibly responsive even before our arrival. She paid attention to every detail — the place is spotless and well organized, and the breakfast she personally prepared with such care was absolutely delicious. Eliana also helped us with basic questions about the area and shared local recommendations that turned out to be truly worthwhile. She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and speaks several languages, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We genuinely felt at home.
Although the house is located next to the train line, the noise is very soft, and the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. It’s close to the train station with direct access to Florence, and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Eliana is a fabulous host who goes the extra mile to look after her guests. Very close to the light rail made it so easy to get into town. Great breakfast.
There is one flight of stairs but Eliana was keen to help and not a problem.
