Definitely a comfortable, cosy and convenient location

Charming room in an historical house, in a very silent environment and quite convenient to reach public transport to Firenze. The owner is friendly and available to arranging any detail, including parking.

The host, Paolo, is always trying to make your stay and your trip more confortable. The place where is located is a vey quiet and safe neighbourhood, 10 minutes walk distance to the tram that bring you to the city center.

Exceptional

Paolo the host is one of a kind! The place is 10 minutes walking from the tram station, and then 15 minutes to the city center. Paolo will insist to take you to the station every time! He will make an excellent breakfast and make sure you feel at home. The room (with a private bathroom) is inside his house, but you will get all the privacy you need. We will surely be back

Great place to stay if you're on a budget, train station close to get into the city of Florence.

Our host was most gracious. He took us in his car to show us where to catch the train into Florence. Every morning he had coffee, sweet rolls, yogurt available for us. He even had sandwiches for us to take for the day of walking around. He left a bottle of wine and glasses in front of our room, and left umbrellas for us the second day because it was raining. When I asked him to arrange a cab for us to the train station he insisted on taking us himself!

The room and bath were a little smaller than I would have liked, but it was fine.

As said by many others, Paolo was an incredible host. Offered to pick us up from the tram stop when we arrived and even rescued us from the city centre after midnight when the scheduled trams did not arrive. The room was in a good location and the bed was large and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone

Paulo is one of a kind. the best host we ever had. I really have no words to describe how welcoming he is. he really thought of everything to make the guest feel at home. after a long day of struggling with our phone, we finally could rest and Paulo welcoming us they way he did - was truly everything you could hope for after a long day.

everything. the multiple plug extension (sometimes hosts forget tourists has a million things to charge, not in this case). the cold water outside, the million shampoo choices (that we actually forgot to bring).

Best host I have ever had! Absolute gem!

The best part of this stay was the host. Paulo was absolutely the best! I can't say enough good about him. He went out of his way to help me find a location to get my covid test to return home. Next time I am in Florence, I will definitely be returning! Nicest guy I met when I was in Italy

Paolo is one of the best host we have ever met. Kind, helpful and pay attention to the details. Even if we just arrived, he already carried our bags, asked us if we want a coffee and gave us a bottle of water. The breakfast was well-prepared and he even gave us a bottle of wine :). Truly recommended!

It was excellent.

This has been the best Bed & Breakfast I've ever been to. First of all, the service and attention was excellent thanks to how helpful and nice the host is. Secondly, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom (en suite) was perfect. Also, the breakfast was a very nice and complete meal composed by regional Tuscany products that were delicious. I felt like being at home.

L’host è stato molto gentile e accogliente e ci ha fornito ampie istruzioni anche prima dell’arrivo. Buona la colazione.

Struttura molto casalinga e retrò sotto tutti i punti di vista. Può piacere ma personalmente non ho apprezzato. Dalle recensioni mi aspettavo una cosa diversa. Bagno minuscolo. Non dispone di parcheggio privato ma a circa un centinaio di metri c’è un ampio parcheggio sterrato non custodito davanti a un palazzo. Prezzo a mio avviso alto. Mi spiace molto perché Paolo è davvero gentile e mi è sembrato una bravissima persona ma sinceramente non tornerei.

Ще до приїзду надіслав у WhatsApp детальну інструкцію, як дістатися, і поділився корисними порадами, як легко потрапити до цікавих локацій поблизу. Увечері нас зустріли келихом смачного вина — дрібниця, а як приємно! А сніданок — окрема подяка! Все дуже смачно, з турботою і смаком. Затишна атмосфера, щирість господаря й комфорт зробили наш відпочинок справді особливим. Щиро рекомендуємо!

Fue la mejor experiencia de todo lo recorrido por Italia! Un lugar de ensueño lleno de historia y confort a la vez. Paulo un excelente anfitrión, nos atendió como si fuéramos Familia y hasta nos llevó a la estación de tren .Sin duda lo recomiendo .

Idéal emplacement pour visiter Florence et garer sa voiture. Paolo est adorable.

Paolo est d’une gentillesse incroyable, il fait tout son possible pour vous rendre la vie la plus simple qu’il soit. Il ne parlait pas notre langue mais avec Google trad il a tout fait pour nous expliquer l’essentiel. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Florence, Tramway à 10 min à pied et vous êtes au centre de Florence en 20 min de tramway, possibilité de garer sa voiture.

L’endroit est calme même si la rue est bruyante en passage de voiture. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré mais parfait pour 2 nuits.

Für den Preis machbar, aber guter Service , man legt Wert auf Zufriedenheit trotzdem

Klassische Italienische Einrichtung in diesem Zimmer , wer es klassisch mag. Extrem ruhiger Standort und der Herr der das Zimmer vermietet ist echt hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Herr fragt was es sogar zum Frühstück geben soll. Ist zwar im Westen von Florenz und paar Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt, aber es gibt einen Coop in der Nähe und reichlich Unternehmungs- und Essensmöglichkeiten.

Leider spricht der Herr nur italienisch und spanisch, aber er nutzt einen Google Übersetzer damit man ihn versteht oder einen ihn. Der Standort des Apartments ist bisschen schwer zu finden und bei stetigen Verkehr hat man keine Übersicht einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. Und für große Menschen wie mich (1,91m) kann das Bad wenig eng werden. Sonst alles in einem war ich zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und der gastfreundlichkeit von dem Herren.
