Live like a local in Florence

it is quiet and you can experience living in local area. Matteo is very friendly and introduced us many good food and gave us many tips on transportation. I like the kitchen area, everything well-equipped. The best thing is they provide washing machine! With detergent and clips for your clothes, it’s very important for long Europe trip traveler. I love the balcony of my room too

Would have loved to have the magnetic screens seen on the shared balcony door on our bedroom door. We like to sleep with the windows open, but the mosquitoes were biting.

Apart from groceries being stolen from the fridge, everything else was smooth!

It is very clean and as described.

Our food which we kept in the section for our room number was stolen by someone and had caused us problems as we have a toddler who was hungry the entire night and early morning.

Little hidden gem, with a great host and lovely safe location and close to public transport.

This was our favourite place we stayed in on our whole Euro trip. The host was so accommodating and friendly. We arrived late for check in due to train strikes, and he went out his way to communicate and make sure he was there to check us in. He gave us all the local info we needed on cool places to go and eat etc. The restaurant literally on the street was amazing, and the bakery next door to that was out of this world. The best bakery we went to in Florence and probably our whole trip. The neighbourhood is very safe and great access to bus routes. The accommodation was immaculate and fitted with everything new, and had everything we needed.

There was nothing we didn't like. We can't fault it.

It was perfekt to stay in this appartment! Especially location is very good because of Pacticceria Giorgio and restaurant Alla Corte dei 3.Its very easy to reach from appartment the city center with tram or bus. It was very clean and comfortable room.

Paseo en Florencia

El lugar es excelente. Además el dueño es muy amable, nos recibió el primer día y nos dió muchas recomendaciones para conocer Florencia y muchos consejos. El piso es muy bonito y cómodo y está en una muy buena ubicación.

Cozinha muito bem equipada. Fomos recepcionados com água e chocolate. Deixavam cápsulas de café, torradas e geleia a disposição. Sala com TV. Banheiro excelente, com xampu e sabonete líquido. Quarto muito confortável.

Faltou apenas cortina black out no quarto.

Krásné čisté ubytování, pokoj se soukromou koupelnou. Strávili jsme zde dvě noci, možnost posezení na sdíleném balkoně, který jsme ale tou dobou využili jen my.

Como en casa!!!

Muy buenas instalaciones, muy completo como la casa de uno. Se podia cocinar, comer en en mesa de comedor, dejar alimentos en el refrigerador. Muy buena comunicacion, facil check in y check out. Pieza amplia muy bien equipada. Cama comoda y cero ruido. El baño es compartido, pero con una sola pieza mas por lo que siempre estuvo desocupado y muy limpio.
